My daughter ordered pizza over the phone and was going to pay cash. Wanting to be a nice mom, I called the store and paid for it over the phone with my credit card. The transaction went through…even shows up on the credit card statement. When the delivery guy arrived he told my daughter it wasn’t paid for and she needed to pay before receiving the pizza. So, she paid him but was not given a receipt. So we were charged twice for the pizza. When I called the store nothing was resolved in the end. I was informed by papa Johns this is a scam that the delivery people do. Then why use them to deliver your pizzas?? I am furious.

More than an hour and a half later, our dinner isn’t ready. Oh, we already tipped thanks to the app. what… the… hell… Pay your workers so we don’t have to give a tip since you DIDNT drive it to my house.
There’s a WHOLE crowd in the store waiting. Everyone is ANGRY. Way to go pizza place. You had one job. Never again.
Anyone giving more than two stars is a shill friend or the owner who is going to get tired of creating google accounts to offset the actual reviews.

We would come back here if it weren’t for the extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. If this place starts to get less business, it’s 100% because of that. As someone that has worked in food, I get it can be hard to get enough staff, but not to this point. I would be concerned for my restaurant if I were the owner.

I ordered 2 pizzas ...one thin crust ... one regular crust ... when the delivery driver handed me the boxes they felt heavy and not normal so I opened both boxes and they put tons of exra cheese on both ... both pizzas are disgusting cold and not even cut properly....I called and was told with a attitude that I was a liar and she the manager needed to close up and couldn't deal with me at that moment .... I'm done with Papa Johns for ever !!
