I’m leaving a review the guy I spoke to on 11/29/25 @ 11:20pm took my order when I called back at 12:40 to ask where my order is he stated THE ONLY REASON MY PIZZA WASNT DELIVERED WAS BC OF DOORDASHER PROBLEMS then I offered to come get my food he stated several others reasons why the order was not ready for pick up!!

Worst experience ever. 50 min delivery time, forgot half the order, call to get the rest, 40 min wait, no update, call again, with no luck. Useless store, useless service dont shop here

I’m not sure if the lady was having a bad day or what, but I picked up my two pizzas and two orders of breadsticks, and they were burnt. Then, when they sat in my lap in the car, the grease/butter off of the burnt breadsticks split all on my sweatshirt, as it leaked out of the side of the pizza box. I’m really sad because the sweatshirt was special to me, and now it’s ruined and the breadsticks weren’t even good. Please, pay attention so they don’t burn and don’t add a puddle of grease in the box.

Placed a delivery order for 8:15 pm and chose to have Papa John's delivery. It is now 9:00 and no pizza. I called them and asked where it was and was told Door Dash will be delivering because they only have one driver. Door Dash isn't coming to get the pizza until 9:06. I said so my order has been sitting around for over an hour and she responded yes. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET ANOTHER ORDER FROM US!! If it would let me give it NO stars I would!

Was given an under cooked stuff crust because an employee took it out of the oven way too soon. I called the store and got it replaced but I will not be ordering from this papa John’s ever again.

Not usually my go to Pizza place but when the family wants Papa John's we usually order from the DuPont road store in fort Wayne Indiana. Always turns out good and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I should’ve checked my pizza before I left. Spent nearly $100 on five pizzas. Pizza was a dry disgusting mess.
I’ve had papa johns for years and this location is the closest to me but they don’t make their original crust correctly every location except this one is thicker… almost like their original breadsticks but this one always makes theirs way too thin and doesn’t taste good

Everything about this Papa John’s is wrong. The regular crust is paper thin and doesn’t even taste like the PJ’s crust we’ve known and loved for decades. The sauce has been changed too and tastes nasty. I absolutely hate this pizza and it used to be one of my favorites.
