This place used to be good, but now the place is slow as hell. Wait time estimated 15 to 20 minutes wait. I have currently been waiting 45 minutes and am still waiting. They put door dash and grubhub orders as priority and its damaging their customer service. Will never go to this location again. I missed a meeting because thier servise is balls.

Had someone answer claiming he’s the “manager”
I had a coupon in the mail for a free 2 topping due to wait time. I called online support and they referred me to the manager at the store. When I called he was immediately combative saying I was lied to and kept asking “what do you expect me to do” when I asked for his manager he refused to give me her name. He said he does not give his name because “it evens out the playing field”
He refused his name and said he’s been managed for 6 months. Ended the call by mocking me.

Stole my money. Refused service. This location took an online order. When I arrived they refused to make my pizza even after they processed my payment for my order. The worker was beyond rude even after I showed them the order number and receipt. He ignored me and said it was not his problem. They still charged my card and stole from me. Do not go there.

Called the number to place an order for carry out. Had to talk to two “call center” people. Neither spoke clearly enough to understand. They had to transfer me to the store. Then the worker put me immediately on hold. Then when he answered he said he was working alone and not taking orders and just call the call center. This was a special treat my daughter earned for good grades at school and the one store would not accept the coupon for a free small cheese pizza and the other store would not accept an order. This is ridiculous. Why is so hard to get good service for pizza? Just sad for such a big company to be so far helpful.
Terrible service. On the phone for 11 minutes. I was a half hour a way and they could not do a half hour. Only 15 minutes. So I had cold pizza. Not accommodating at all. And did not have the extra garlic butter I ordered.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and a 12" cheesestick online. The 2 pizzas come with garlic butter and you have a choice of sauce with the cheesesticks - we chose garlic butter. In addition to the 3 food items we also added 2 garlic butters to our order - so a total of 5. When the food was ordered, we received 4 garlic butters so we called the store, told them about the mistake and the manager told us they would send someone out with the missing one. After close to an hour, no had shown up so we called to find out if the driver had gotten lost or delayed. The same manager who told us he'd send someone out now told us that we should only have had 4 garlic butters and then argued with us when we explained how we had come up with the number of 5. In the end, we did not get our 5th butter.
I caution anyone ordering from the Papa Johns on E. Dupont Rd to be aware of our experience. The manager of this store clearly does not care about the customer or customer service. He sets expecations that he cannot keep and he argues with the customer. In our opinion he has no integrity and is untrustworthy. It would have been simple for him to send a garlic butter over when the next delivery went out. But instead he chose to lose us as a customer all for $1.78.
On a side note, the quality of the food was less than stellar. The pizzas were very dry as if they barely had an sauce on them.

Ordered the Shaq pizza and it only came with 51 Pepperoni's and not the "over" 60 as stated in the commercial. I want my 9 Pepperoni's.
