The donuts are heavenly! The space was clean and adorable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I love that they have small sizes available on the coffee menu. Cappuccinos are traditional 8 oz. Good stuff!

We discovered Parlor when we were looking for gluten free donuts in the area. We visited the one across town first. The discovery of gf and keto donuts in one place was amazing! The layered donuts are melt in your mouth delicious. The fact that they'll make whatever flavor you want from their offerings menu even if it's not in the case is pretty cool. The keto donuts are pretty tasty. My girls did not like the gluten free donuts. They said they were too grainy and stodgy. They both indicated it's probably because they are also vegan. Why gf gets lumped in with vegan is always frustrating for my daughters.
This visit to the Lima Crossing location was because the Parlor loyalty app alerted me to a free layered donut. We happened to be nearby so I stopped in and got an orange creamsicle donut and a blueberry donut from the case because we were in a rush. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Though we were not staying the place looked well appointed, comfortable and clean. Next time I'd like to stay and sip a latte to go with a donut. We didn't eat the donuts until a day later, but they were still absolutely scrumptious.

I understand the crowds now. This shop opened a few weeks ago near me. I'd been wanting to try it but each time I would drive by, they were very crowded. Today, I did finally try it. Wow! These are not your typical doughnuts; these are works of art! It is like a doughnut croissant with hints of pretzel and angle food cake. Fantastic! I'm joining the crowd next time.

My acai bowl was frozen. I had it for over half an hour and it never melted down to the right texture it normally is. It’s not good. Basically eating ice.
Wow! I absolutely loved this place! Me and my family of six really loved their donuts. And my husband and I got the breakfast sandwich, it was made with a fried croissant dough that was so tasty. Really friendly and quick staff! Thank you!

Great coffee and their hot breakfast items are way better than I would have thought. Sure they have some of the best donuts but sometimes it’s fun to switch it up. Their breakfast tacos are a must try! They have sneaky good biscuits too. Staff is always super friendly and wait times vary depending on time and day of the week (weekends are usually their busiest)

If you’re gluten free, just save your money! They don’t have the GF on display so you don’t see until after you pay. They are absolutely nothing like the regular ones. Nothing. It’s a small donut that you pay $4 for and if you want a flavor they squirt a syrup on it and call it French toast. It looked moist so I tried it and it was very dry inside. Seemed stale. So i didn’t eat my $8 of donuts. I got a strawberries and cream , just a syrup, meanwhile my husband’s regular donut has beautiful frosting and strawberries. I’ll be requesting a refund. Why bother.

Service was very good and food was nice. Loved the pesto egg sandwich and the avocado toast but the donuts were just ok. I liked the chocolate chocolate donut and the the peanut buttet donut. Raspberry one tasted fake to be but my friend liked it. The one with chocolate pudding tasted very artificial too. Overall like the texture (kinda like a crunchy crissont was pretyy tasty) but flavor was a little lacking. Pumpkin spice iced coffee was nice but again just ok and my friend said her soda was good too. Would like to try the vegan and gluten free sometime.
