The food was great, as usual, but the two ladies working did not seem like they wanted to be there. One of them was named Amy, I didn’t catch the other one’s name. They were not friendly whatsoever, it made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I love Penn station subs ! I had the chicken teriyaki off the grill sub . The only thing that I would like to see is for the grilled onions to be cooked longer , they are a tad hard . But overall my sub was good. I love the fresh cut fries and I really like that when you order online for pickup , they wait until you are there to pick up your food before making your fries so they are Hot & Fresh ( that's a major plus in my opinion).

Great place to get takeout. Just make sure to use a coupon to get the best price, otherwise things can get pricey fast.

Parking: Easy to get in and out. It is on the corner of a strip mall.

I asked for a Club grilled and was told you can't have a grilled or hot Club, that sandwich is a cold sandwich. This location has a HUGE training and customer service problem. Avoid this location or just walk out, don't order online or you'll get it cold.

Review for Giana(got her name off of my receipt). As soon as I walked up to the counter she was tapping on her apple watch instead of saying hello or asking what she could get me. With a disgusted and inconvenienced look on her face she only said that they are only taking cash at this time. I started to order and asked if they had regular mustard instead or only spicy brown mustard and she looked at me like i was stupid and said only spicy in a snobby tone. I told her never mind and walked out because I wasn’t sure I’d have enough cash on me. Then a minute or two I walked back in with cash. I told her I changed my mind since I had enough for part of my order and proceeded to place my order. When I was done ordering instead of kindly letting me know to walk down to the other register to pay for my food she did a head gesture tilting her head in the direction of the other register at the end of the order area. Also since when are dangling nose rings acceptable in food service? Unrelated to the customer service but the fries were soggy 👎

Rude employees glaring at customers and complaining about doing their jobs. Talking trash about other customers in the store. Gross atmosphere.
Food was fine.

First timer here I had the 12" grilled club with fries and a lemonade. The food had good taste, but the bacon was a little soft/soggy. The lemonade was great. I wasn't expecting the 23.xx price tag for a sandwich fries and drink.
Dietary restrictions: They cook the fries in Peanut Oil.

Collisium penn station was not busy
We got there about 9 20 pm. Ordered a sandwich. They put onions on it when I asked not to. Asked for extra tomatoe and mushrooms which I didn't get. The sandwich was so sloppy looked like it was slapped together . I asked for pickles when I ordered and did not get any pickles AT all. This was the lady that worked 8/15 and we got there closer to 9 20 p.m She was not friendly and she doesnt care about her job and this wasnt one mess up... i would understand.. but everything was messed up and it was horrible. Never will go back. The whole sandwich was so soggy that it stuck to the paper when I tried to open it. My bf ordered the special which came with a fry and a drink and she charged for the drink. He asked and payed for extra cheese and did not get it. Mysandwich comes with cheese provolone cheese and I have no cheese at all. Asked her to cut the sandwich in half since we got foot long and i though they are supposed to do that anyways. his and my fry was 2/3 filled. Couldn't even fill the whole thing. No extra in the bag either. Idk if this was racism because I'm white and he is black but I'll be calling corporate. Or I need the right sandwiches made correctly but at this point I don't even want to go back there. I need our refund. I go to penn station on stellhorn all the time and have never complained once. Sandwiches there are always great they give u a great amount of fries and the staff is very friendly. I am never missing ingredients and the sandwiches don't look like they were dropped on the floor and slapped together and they are always busy.
