The manager lady is awesome! Greets me as I walk in the door and remembers my name and order. Very impressed with her customer service skills. Food is always fresh and good.

Came in here staff was really rude. All had an awful attitude. Not very welcoming. The guy was getting confused when he was taking my order and needed some help so I’m guessing she was the manager that came over to help but she was really rude. Looked at me like I was disgraceful like it was my fault that I got the order wrong . Was my first time eating here never coming here again. Happened on June 11 around 6: 15

Over priced for what you get l, but my wife loves it

The subs are amazing. I've been going there on over 25 yrs now. Bad thing is they are skimping on their sandwiches. Price goes up and ingredients goes down. Haven't been there in a while 😔

You need to fire whoever was making sandwiches tonight. Ordered an artichoke and it was globs of mayo on tasteless bread. I got a tiny sliver of tomato on one side. Cheese steak was also bland. Portion of thin undercooked fries was pathetic for the cost. Have always loved it until tonight

Workers need to pay attention and stop discussing personal lives around guest. All staff was acting childish and unprofessional.

Me and my wife went to this establishment to have lunch it’s been a minute since we haven’t been in a minute we get our cups to get drinks my wife gets their unsweetened tea and instantly she said it tasted like rotten eggs and mold she smelled it and said the same thing that it smelled like straight mold and eggs so I tell her to tell the manager and the manager just kept saying she didn’t know what to do about fast forward we get our food some of our fries were burnt and the sandwich was greasy and a mess so if you don’t wanna get sick or anything please don’t go here very unprofessional for $41

Their food is tasty but the quality is horrendous. I’m not sure if it’s the employees’ negligence or the company’s standards. I received moldy onions on my sandwich, it tasted off and so I checked and there’s specs of mold on the onions. Makes me wonder about the quality of their other ingredients. Feeling a little sick to my stomach. Won’t be purchasing food from here again.

I’m in love with the Artichoke cheese and mushroom since I lived in FW Indiana on 2013 I have to come back for it every now and then . Obsessed with this particular innovative ingredients and the combination of flavours in this particular sandwich that comes either in regular bread or a whole wheat as a healthy choice, just cannot stop Thank you creative inventors A Big Thank to you🥰🫶🏻
