Went to Penn Station today on Illinois Rd The service was horrible the young man that took my order did not ask me what kind of bread I wanted ,I told him I would like the cold Italian sub I thought cold means cold, they cooked my sub than the lady that was making my sub said I have to have my bread cooked I never have my bread cooked they was so nasty to me I hope it was not because of the color of my skin

I went to this location with family for dinner on 11/24. I wasn’t aware I had to tell them about my allergy to all peppers. My food must of come into contact with peppers. On way home I started to have an allergic reaction. I called today just to make them aware. I didn’t ask for free food or my money back. The manager I spoke to started getting rude with me. He kept asking if I told them. I explained it started on my way home. The manager kept repeating himself . I explained that I was calling now to make you all aware is all. He responded again rudely telling me it is posted in the restaurant and the website that this could happen. I explained I didn’t see anything posted. I explained I wasn’t getting rude with him and requested his name. Poor customer service.

Good warm subs, fries are fresh and good made on spot. Then the lemonade is good as well.

We love to eat here when we come to Fort Wayne but was there on Aug. 7th at supper time.. Friendly and food was good but all the tables appeared dirty and restrooms had no toilet paper. Would really love to see it cleaned up and stay that way..Our visit before that a guy making food had his hair hanging over the food while making it.. Please clean it up so I won't have to stop eating here..

Love the subs and they are quick but like many fast food places they forget things. Double check your to go bags. We ate in so they were quick to correct the mistake

I always go to the one on Illinois Rd. And the food is consistently delicious and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. It has become a favorite stop for me!

From the time we walked in the sandwich maker and Karly held a full fledged conversation not even noticing they had customers. She was so busy talking that she asked for our name and my husband said Jay and she put it under Shay. I was sitting waiting on our food and noticed Karly was standing in the middle of the area where you make the sandwiches twirling her hair and talking. I feel like this is not acceptable around food.

Always fair, friendly and good!!

Food was fast, hot and delicious. It can be a little pricey, but if you want some good food to treat yourself without breaking the bank, I'd go here. And hey, fresh fries, EVERY TIME.
