From the time we walked in the sandwich maker and Karly held a full fledged conversation not even noticing they had customers. She was so busy talking that she asked for our name and my husband said Jay and she put it under Shay. I was sitting waiting on our food and noticed Karly was standing in the middle of the area where you make the sandwiches twirling her hair and talking. I feel like this is not acceptable around food.
Always fair, friendly and good!!
Food was fast, hot and delicious. It can be a little pricey, but if you want some good food to treat yourself without breaking the bank, I'd go here. And hey, fresh fries, EVERY TIME.
I tried the food, and promptly got sick shortly after. The service was good, but my experience was ruined by the food.
Walked in the door about 10 minutes til 10 Saturday night. The guy behind the counter proceeds to tel me that they're closed and that they closed at 9:30........well bud then why does it say 10 PM on the door and its not locked and every light in the place is on and there's still 3 people behind the counter? ....It's all good I'll take my business elsewhere! Firehouse will be my new goto!
A delicious sandwich and great experience.
My favorite sub shop. The Phillies are great

If you’re looking for a sandwich that reminds you of the idea of meat rather than actual meat, East Coast Subs has you covered. I ordered a sub, and after what felt like an eternity (seriously, I think I saw a group of toddlers age into middle school while waiting), they handed me a sandwich so thin I thought I was being pranked.
I peeled back the bread, expecting layers of delicious meat, but instead, I found a single, lonely slice of what might have been turkey. I’m not sure—by the time I saw it, it had already started blending in with the mayo, trying to escape judgment. If you’re into “bread-forward” sandwiches, this is your place. If you actually want a sub that doesn’t require forensic analysis to locate the meat, maybe try somewhere else.
Oh, and the wait? I could have driven to the actual East Coast and caught a fresh lobster by the time they handed me my food. I walked in a young man with hopes and dreams, and I walked out older, hungrier, and with trust issues.
Would I return? Sure—if I ever want to pay $12 for a mayonnaise and bread experience again.
My 1st visit to Penn Station in my never ending search for a good Philly Cheesesteak. My online order wasn't ready at the specified time, waited probably 10 minutes. Part of that time, my sandwich sat on a cold stainless steel counter while cashier made up drinks for another order. The fries, while tasty, were not very hot, and the order was skimpy. The filling on the sandwich was also tasty, and a reasonably sized serving. The bread, however, was gross. Pale, almost yellow exterior, no crusty crunch, severely underbaked, and doughy. I doubt I'll give them another shot.
We enjoyed our lunch here today!

The realest review you’re gonna get of this place: Used to be amazing subs, subs are way smaller than they used to be width wise. I also feel bad for the workers every time I’m there the manager is rude to the workers and customers.
The quality of food and cleanliness of this particular restaurant did not meet Penn Station’s quality standard.
One of the workers was making racist Asian jokes to me. Im white???
I wanted a half sub for 6$They talked me into getting the combo "special " which ended up costing 15$. Shortly after I got my food they came to the table and asked if I paid. Terrible service
