I'm not sure why i keep giving this place a chance. I ordered a cold Italian with no peppers or mayo. Got home to find it the hot sandwich missing cheese and slathered in mayo. The last few times I've stopped here they've gotten the sandwich wrong.

The service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and Delicious. We were traveling from out of town and the young lady at the register recomended a nearby park were we could let the dog out to stretch his legs. Thanks Store #218.. order # 12 10/6/25

Store #218: Fantastic food. We picked it up on our way through town. The store was clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff quickly went to work to make our order. 1 Philly cheese steak & 1 club, both were excellent. The fries were delicious. Also, we picked up a qt of the lemonade for our trip. The lemonade is perfect and obviously made on site with real lemons. We are definitely adding Penn Station East Coast Subs to our favorites. Thank you!

You guys SUCK!!!!!! I ordered a cheesesteak today and it was completely wrong. I do not understand how even on the receipt it tell you what I ordered and you still get it wrong. Did you just feel like making what ever you wanted and disregard what I requested. It makes no sense. I asked for multi grain bread and do not get that they gave me white bread. On top of that I called this exact store and requested that can you double toast my sandwich. The lady on the phone even said sure I got you! (no one wants a soggy ass sandwich. TOAST THE BREAD!!!!!! I get my food and it is all wrong and was given a small fry instead of medium like I ordered. There is no good Penn Station here in this City they all need to be closed down or have better employees. DO BETTER !!!!!!!!!!!!

Always great subs pop in once a week and they drop the fries right when I come in ..the main guy jean something always friendly and says have a nice day

I've eaten here before and have typically enjoyed the food we get. Today was a sad day for subs. I've never had our meat chopped for a sandwich here. Is that a new thing? There was not much meat on it compared to their normal subs, and for $32 it was not worth it. The ketchup dispenser was dirty and not working, and there was no sweet tea. The container that I think is supposed to hold lemons had water and trash in it instead. Overall disappointing.
