I've eaten here before and have typically enjoyed the food we get. Today was a sad day for subs. I've never had our meat chopped for a sandwich here. Is that a new thing? There was not much meat on it compared to their normal subs, and for $32 it was not worth it. The ketchup dispenser was dirty and not working, and there was no sweet tea. The container that I think is supposed to hold lemons had water and trash in it instead. Overall disappointing.

I love hot sandwiches and as a treat for myself, i make it a point to visit a Penn station once a month. It keeps my costs down because if i didnt i'd spend all my money on delicious cheesesteaks.

Order is never correct.... Receipt says one thing and sandwich is never right. Ordered a pizza sub and added green peppers and banana peppers. Receipt shows sauteed onions, mushrooms, green peppers and banana peppers..... Sub only came with banana peppers.... Happens every damn time.

Most of the visit was good, went to wash my hands and there was an employee standing in front of the sink on his phone. While I was eating I watched several other customers try the door so at least he locked it but he was in there for 30+ minutes. We can't complain about low wages when we do things like this.

I was greeted when I entered and the service was good. The food, however, left something to be desired. My fries were the bits and pieces that had been left on the tray. (I watched the server try to scrape up the little pieces and he even just tossed them in the bag rather than the fry cup. They were overdone and overly crispy.) I ordered the turkey, bacon, ranch sub and was given a single piece of bacon for a regular sized sub. I've never eaten at a Penn Station before so I don't know if this is the standard (i would hope not), but it was quite disappointing.

I attempted to use a coupon from the money pages to order 3 qualifying subs. The promocode on the coupon would not work. I paid online and took in the coupon. They would not honor it because i paid with credit card. She recognized the issue as a problem with their website. They also put the wrong topping on the wrong sub and the wrong bread on one sub. Inconvenience to the customer.

The service at this location is very poor. I’m basing that over a time period of about nine months. They are very slow with service. Previously I walked out without placing an order after a 10 minute wait with only one person waiting to order
in front of me. Tonight I ordered online for a pick up in 30 minutes(one sandwich) I arrived about 8 minutes late and my order still wasn’t ready when I arrived, waited 3-4 minutes. Not another customer was there and no one else came in while I waited.

once i got into the place they where very rude and rushy rushy, the young lady was the only one doing anything, the two other boys where sitting down on top of the counter where they make our food, my guess is he was on tiktok or something. I was very disappointed and upset with how rude they where.

We stopped at Penn Station East Coast Subs after running a few errands. We decided to get our sandwiches to go. Our food was prepared fresh and to order. The service was friendly and they repeated our order back to us. The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and relaxed. The dining room was clean, but empty.
