Order online with the intent to pick up. Could wait 20-30 minutes when order is supposed to be ready in 10. One other customer in the store and they still make that person's food. Won't order online anymore. But won't eat in at a table either. Always dirty and hard to find that one table that you won't be stiing in someone else's crumbs or grease drippings.

I had a coupon. I called ahead. Mentioned my coupon. Made order. I show up and only just after paying realize they charged me full price. I mention this to the cashier-a wonderful black lady, she was great. She calls over the manager, and dude acts like I'm asking for the nuclear launch codes. It's a sandwich shop buddy. Coupons are designed to get more traffic, this man is driving customers away. The attitude, he had was like how dare I have coupons. Even after the cashier was like yeah, he did call ahead. Bottom line, not sure I'm going back.
Edit - I have since learned that some stores have employees comment on here to boost the score. Talk about digging in your heels.
Thanks for the response corporate, instead of offering another coupon, you fix the employees. Where in my review was the coupon or the food the problem?

Why would you charge someone $15 for cold fries and a lukewarm sub? Their ordering process is backwards. They call out the fry order before the sub is made so your fries sit and get cold while they make your sub which is also lukewarm. Don’t waste ur money

I work here. It's very great, not always perfect but we put our all into making sure this place is clean and the food is done right.

These guys need to attend Hospitality 101, and sit in the front row. Each and every recent experience has been nothing short of terrible. I do mobile delivery, I also managed restaurants for 20 years, successfully. Last night, I am greeted with "we don't need to start this order for 14 minutes." There was nobody else at all in the restaurant, nobody preparing food. Unbelievable!

2 employees working both stopped helping me in another guest with our order. One had to go outside and walk his girlfriend to the car. The other stopped to clean up a spill. (Noone in the lobby to slip, but very urgent)Neither one said a word to me or the other guest just acted like we weren't there and our time wasn't important. Myself and other guest just left as apparently our service was not warranted.. terrible etiquette

Incredibly rude employees that don't listen and then give enormous attitude when you ask them to fix your order. Couldn't get out of this store fast enough. The food is not worth dealing with this stressful atmosphere.

Staff was incredibly rude and the general manager was not wearing a hat to keep her hair off the food nor was she wearing a glove on both hands even though she was touching the food.

Incredibly rude staff on Dupont Road! It's just a bunch of rude employees that talk inappropriately to one another. You always hear interesting conversations on how they hate working there, or talking about other employees. Very bad attitudes and bad service all around. I remember actually going to the restuarant and the food was actually good!!!
