These guys need to attend Hospitality 101, and sit in the front row. Each and every recent experience has been nothing short of terrible. I do mobile delivery, I also managed restaurants for 20 years, successfully. Last night, I am greeted with "we don't need to start this order for 14 minutes." There was nobody else at all in the restaurant, nobody preparing food. Unbelievable!

2 employees working both stopped helping me in another guest with our order. One had to go outside and walk his girlfriend to the car. The other stopped to clean up a spill. (Noone in the lobby to slip, but very urgent)Neither one said a word to me or the other guest just acted like we weren't there and our time wasn't important. Myself and other guest just left as apparently our service was not warranted.. terrible etiquette

Staff was incredibly rude and the general manager was not wearing a hat to keep her hair off the food nor was she wearing a glove on both hands even though she was touching the food.

Incredibly rude staff on Dupont Road! It's just a bunch of rude employees that talk inappropriately to one another. You always hear interesting conversations on how they hate working there, or talking about other employees. Very bad attitudes and bad service all around. I remember actually going to the restuarant and the food was actually good!!!

This was my first visit to a Penn Station. We found this store to be very clean and comfortable. Angela has this team very customer focused and working efficiently.Our salad was very fresh and delicious!! There was a good amount of meat and side vegetables. The meat was nicely grilled to add a good flavor. I really liked the salad!We also tried the cheese bread. The bread was somewhat soft and buttery. The mozzarella cheese was melted nicely and had a good mozzarella taste. Overall it was good but not outstanding.Give Penn Station and this DuPont location a try!

Incredibly rude employees that don't listen and then give enormous attitude when you ask them to fix your order. Couldn't get out of this store fast enough. The food is not worth dealing with this stressful atmosphere.

Went in to get our online order and no employees were out front to greet and order was not even being prepared yet. Disappointing customer service. Staff was acting lazy and rude to my girlfriend.
Not what it used to be. The bread is much smaller, the meal was not good. Fries were cold. Really disappointing.

Arrived at 630 pm, very rude lady, shift manager, took order, refused to make french fries, at 640, said they were closed, continued to be very rude, asked for phone number of store, told me to look it up online. Would not give me her name. In 61 years I gave never ever experienced this kind of terrible customer service.

Zero stars. Ordered and paid for items twice online directly through Penn Station and did not receive them because they were out of stock. Offered no refund because employees say they don't have the ability to do so.No tea/ sweet tea available the last 3 visits, guessing lazy staff doesn't want to make any.Orders are consistently wrong. Staff is unfriendly and rude. They don't greet customers or acknowledge them at all.The girl at the cash register has absolutely no clue what she is doing. This place is filthy. Orders take 40+ minutes even with no one else inside. Will not be back ever.

This was my Philadelphia steak sandwich! Need more be said? This was definitely below expectations. When we called to complain the manager asked to bring back our sandwich if we wanted a replacement. Decided we wouldn't go back again.

Nice little sub spot! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was pricey, but worth the wait and considerable with the position of the economy. Food is genuine in comparison to most fast food in Fort Wayne, prepared on what looks to be a flat top grill. Well done Penn Station!
