Unfortunately, they do not provide options for people on a diet. The menu online had diet options but once we arrived because it was st Patrick's day they only had very fattening items. Very disappointed that I could not eat with the rest of my party.

being that fort wayne doesn't have many vegan breakfast items, I really appreciate the vegan breakfast sandwich here. it's very good! i would be so grateful if they added a vegan breakfast burrito because I known they would crush it.

Cozy atmosphere, delectable drinks, friendly bartenders and retro-esque vibes. We came in with the fam before going to see the lights at Tin Caps. Open til 10 on a Sunday (one of the only places in the area)… pleasantly surprised. We will be back.

•The staff and service overall are pretty great • Drinks are consistently tasty, but it’s a small space with limited seating which may contribute to the longer than average lag between ordering/paying for your drink and receiving it • Instagram-worthy esthetic, but to the extent it gives off 2021 pandemic vibes with uncomfortable, metal seats. Our 2024/2025 asses simply deserve better • And the food - $13 for the flatbread would have been 👌🏻, but $16 was silly and I’m a sucker for paying it, so that’s disappointing of a 5 star restaurant in my midsize hometown…
As of Oct 2024, the Fort Wayne restaurant scene is stuck in a post-pandemic pattern of ever rising prices and it’s quickly become one of the most expensive cities for dining in the Midwest. We need the leaders to break the trend!

One of the premier cups of coffee I've had recently. The coffee was spectacular. I talked over the coffee with the barista as I often do but which doesn't always work. I like my coffee with a bittersweet nose. I like a flavor, preferably an unusual homemade one, but just a taste of flavor with coffee forward taste. I want to taste coffee, not sugar, as the primary taste. So the drink I settled on was a lavender mocha. Surprisingly, a double flavor is often hard to pull off, especially if off the menu. Often the barista simply doubles the flavor which is no good. However, it came out perfectly bittersweet sweet, chocolaty with a hint of lavender. I also saw her taste it discretely with a stirrer to make sure it was on point, which I respected.

Atmosphere. I was taking the coffee to go, but the atmosphere was beautiful, meticulously planned details. Lots of trendy looking people.

Parking...even though downtown, there was a parking lot.

Lastly, the fact that this was Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne, the town that doesn't change. The town where almost every restaurant is the same as the next. Same standard food items, same music, they might as well be a chain. I think that is what made Penny Drip doubly unusual, the fact it was Fort Wayne.

Lastly, I liked they had choices. A lot of snooty coffee shops have a super simple formula, mocha and vanilla, that's it. However, they had a number of standard flavors plus 2 rotating seasonal flavors. If there was one thing missing, I wish they had white mochas. My husband is a die hard white mocha fan, which is hard to find at a place like Penny Drip. If I could ask for one bonus, that would be it.

This place was really cool and the building was very well renovated. The service was really good very pleasant and speedy. I had the nitro cold brew which was very delicious no creamer or sweetener added lots of flavor. My son also had the same drink and he is probably more of a coffee connoisseur than I am. He said that it had hints of fruit in the flavor.

Excellent bar, excellent barber attached. Great value with happy hour, and excellent bar staff in general. Nothing here misses drink-wise.

I’ve frequented this place in the mornings for coffee and what is, arguably, the best sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich in Fort Wayne. So we finally could come at night and enjoy the adult beverages we’ve been wanting to try.

The service is excellent!!! Cyrus made our drinks tonight and they were on point.

We started with the Gin and Soda (which they have on draft) and it was refreshing.

We had the Espresso Martini—straight beauty in sweetness, coffee flavors, etc. It’s a must have.

I had the Vesper Martini which was cool, citrus refreshment. It was perfect.

We tried the Goldrush and a rum drink (ask Cyrus to make it) and both were phenomenal drinks. The rum drink took me back to Jamaica with the rum selections I had there. Goldrush is a great drink too—sweetness, honey, and citrus goodness.

We closed out with a Rob Roy. Once again—so good.

I’m bringing friends next time and I might even get my beard reshaped.

Great service and quality. We appreciate you. Keep it up!!!!!
