Looks a little shady from the outside, but don’t let that deter you. The inside is fine, and the food and service were both great.

Love this place! The food is great. The floor is sticky. I don't know what they use to clean but they need to improve that.

Ramen broth was not as good as it’s been in the past. The egg rolls were dripping in oil, they went from fryer directly to the plate leaving a puddle of oil. My water cup served to me was cracked and actually leaked water. The staff need to pay more attention to details.

I like the offerings but I'm not impressed with the food itself. I passed through Ft. Wayne yesterday and got the food to go and ate it when I got home. If you've grown up eating this food or have eaten at enough Viet restaurants around the US, you can start to see where they are cutting corners. My notes: - Cloudy and browner than usual pho broth. It is indicative of either cooking too high of a heat, improperly cleaned bones, using bouillon, not paying attention to the cooking process, or any combination. The taste was msg-laden that lingers a little too long on your tongue, and had an odd smell to it. -The herb toppings were sparse. The pho came with a small bunch of bean sprouts and one or two basil leaves. That was probably the stingiest I've seen from a viet place. The rice noodle dish came topped with a few crumbs of peanuts, iceberg lettuce, sprouts, and cukes. Where are all the herbs?! I'm missing the mint, basil, tia to, and culantro! -Wasn't too happy with the meat toppings. I was surprised to see the thinnest string of tripe in my pho and one little section of tendon. Like, come on. These are cheap AF offcuts, how much margin are you trying to make on this bowl of pho? Also, I had stop eating the tendon as it tasted like it was starting to turn rancid. -Noodle dish (bun) came with nuoc cham. It was weird and thin. Not enough balance of sugar, lime, or garlic. I think they also left the hot pepper out as well. It was pretty offputting. Luckily, I had a jar of my mom's in the fridge to use instead :) -Really not a fan of the egg rolls. I bit into one and stale tasting oil just burst out into my mouth. Would not recommend the egg roll, pho 59 and bun 59 dishes.

My husband and I were in town and wanted pho. We did a search and found this place. From the outside, this is the type of place that most people would ignore, but the inside is a hidden gem! The broth was splendid and the rice noodles were the perfect texture. I highly recommend this location!

The ramen was incredible! Super friendly service, too. Can't wait to try everything on the menu.

Was so excited to try this place but it was honestly just a bummer. Online menu was not up to date and there wasn't one available a. Ordered 2 orders of beef pho and crab Rangoon to go. Crab Rangoon was the rubberiest thing I've ever eaten and slightly colder than room temperature. The beef in the pho was mushy and stringy. The lids to the pho didn't fit and a quarter of the soup spilled into the bag. The noodles also came out in an undercooked block that refused to separate despite lots of aggressive stabbing. Ended up cutting pieces out of it with chopsticks and eating noodle chunks. I'm not usually picky but this was pretty bad and a poorly spent 30$. 2 stars only because the coffee was decent and the people working were really nice.

Don't let the rundown looking exterior throw you off. The inside is decorated nicely and very clean. My only complaint is that we wanted to order the wings for an app and they were sold out (because they're that popular), but we ordered the egg rolls instead and they were some of the best I've ever had. In fact, halfway through the meal we ordered a second batch! My husband ordered the chicken fried rice and I ordered the beef ramen. The ramen broth was perfectly flavorful and didn't require any additional seasoning and the same for the fried rice. I'm only sorry we didn't check out Pho 59 sooner.

Work colleagues highly recommended Pho 59. I have to say.....and I'm so saddened to say, the food was awful. I'm very familiar and well versed on Vietnamese food of all kinds and this was not anything close to even any sort of Asian type food or flavors at all and not anything that resembles Vietnamese food. Just bland flavorless generic food. One star for an ok Cafe Sua Da. Will not be back.

Great food and amazing service! Food came out quickly and was very authentic and fresh. We ordered the pork and tofu bun and they were delicious, would recommend to anyone I know.

Look, you just want to know 3 things: 1) Is the food good? - Yes, it tastes like true Vietnamese food 2) How's the atmosphere? - Nice, it's a little higher end than your typical Viet restaurant (while still being reasonably priced) 3) Does the staff exercise their right to vote and recycle? - idk but you definitely should. It's my world too you know. #Savetheturtles Well I don't have all the answers for everything but I can tell you the food reminds me of my moms cooking and it comes out super fast! I had the pho59 and I'm so happy there's a place that has good pho again. I was shocked how timely they were with my food and drinks. Btw their smoothies are BOMB. We got the avocado smoothie and I felt like I was in Vietnamese heaven. Staff was friendly and they seemed so chill but helpful at the same time. Definitely my go to spot for lunch breaks from now on! Also a good place to bring your friends that have never tried Vietnamese food. 10/10. TAKE MY MONEYYYY
