Never been here before so I ordered take out. The pho ga was very good! Big portions. My family didn't care for it. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the spring rolls. Again, no clue about their menu just knew they had pho. So when I made my order over the phone I asked if they had spring rolls and how many came in an order. She told me yes and 2 per order. so I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls. I'm thinking they are fried spring rolls. I didn't know they are cold, wrapped in rice paper with shrimp in them. Im highly allergic to shrimp. Had i known I wouldn't have ordered. Didn't know this until I got home. Im so sad, I was really looking forward to eating them. I wasted 14.00 because I wasn't informed about there being shrimp in them. Probably my fault, I should have asked. Anyways, I may go back i may not. Nice people, nice place.

absolute best pho in Fort Wayne, in my opinion. every time I try new places I’m disappointed, none are as good as here! I always get the pho tai with extra onion and jalapeno, and add a couple tablespoons of chili paste (not chili oil) to my bowl tableside. their cucumber “salad” is reminiscent to the old Chinese restaurant up north that is nonexistent now, but without the onion cut up with the cucumber. it’s sweet and crunchy, so refreshing along side the warm comfort food that is pho! I can eat here multiple times a week I enjoy it that much! thank you pho indy!

We wrote a review, but instead of trying to give us a reasonable explanation, they blamed us for tipping too little and told us that next time we should just order take-out.
First, I don’t think anyone should have to pay for an extra bowl of pho as a form of tipping (the server said that most customers are expected to pay an 18% tip on each bill).Second, when I asked the server, she was unclear—switching between calling it a tip and a customer service fee—and said it was a mandatory charge.Furthermore, she didn’t inform us that it was a tip, but instead added it directly to the total bill without letting us know. Is that really reasonable?

The food was good, but they required us to pay an extra 10 dollars for customer service plus the tip. When we asked them to clarify the amount, the worker first said it was a customer fee, then she said it was a tip.

The worst experience I've ever had, very bad service
The service was great. Everyone was so nice, respectful and sweet. The food was simply delicious and flavorful 😋 we enjoyed the steamed dumplings. I loved the cucumber salad and our pho was just amazing with all of the different flavors everything seemed so fresh. The atmosphere was lovely. It was quiet and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!!

Been there every now and then. It's a great place to get Boba tea or milk tea. I love that Pho soup (either chicken or beef tastes great).
