Never been here before so I ordered take out. The pho ga was very good! Big portions. My family didn't care for it. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the spring rolls. Again, no clue about their menu just knew they had pho. So when I made my order over the phone I asked if they had spring rolls and how many came in an order. absolute best pho in Fort Wayne, in my opinion. every time I try new places I’m disappointed, none are as good as here! I always get the pho tai with extra onion and jalapeno, and add a couple tablespoons of chili paste (not chili oil) to my bowl tableside. their cucumber “salad” is reminiscent to the old Chinese restaurant up north that is nonexistent now, but without the onion cut up with the cucumber. it’s sweet and crunchy, so refreshing along side the warm comfort...
The service was great. Everyone was so nice, respectful and sweet. The food was simply delicious and flavorful 😋 we enjoyed the steamed dumplings. I loved the cucumber salad and our pho was just amazing with all of the different flavors everything seemed so fresh. The atmosphere was lovely. It was quiet and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!!
