This is Shelley Zehr I go to Pizza Hut West State quite a bit and I ask for the garlic cheese bread and I want it toasted on both sides. Sometimes they can and sometimes they can’t. It’s very frustrating. I make garlic cheese bread at home toasted on both sides with cheese.
The “driver” who answered my phone call acted like I was asking him to explain quantum physics. Then I spoke with the manager who sounded like she was 9 and she was helpful with my situation but when I tried to address the situation with the driver she was extremely rude. Who wants those kind of people handling their food!?!?!

Came in for a carryout order on July 3rd around 8:30 and they were extremely busy. The young man working the counter and drive through was very helpful and friendly in regards to a mistake I made when placing my order. Everyone was polite and the food was great but this individual has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and remained calm and collected in the very high energy environment. I didn't catch their name tag but the was average height , brown skin, and black hair.
