Probably one of my favorite stores in FW! The store is always clean, service is always quick and I’ve never really had issues with my orders! I have found if something was forgotten (like a side sauce) or if they are running behind due to being busy, the managers always go above and beyond and offer something to sweeten the deal. The owner of this store is my favorite! Such a pleasant, sweet guy who goes above and beyond for his customers and employees! I’m always greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. Go West State, and go Butch!! ❤️

The amount of fries that they give you for the price that you pay is ridiculous. You don’t even get enough fries for the money that you pay so no, I would not be purchasing fries from Pizza Hut ever again.

They make really good pizza but usually mess up my order it seems like 50% of the time. The manager always makes it right.
I pulled a whole hair ball out of my mouth. If I could give 0/5 I would. Wear hair nets that is so disgusting.

This used to be my go-to Pizza Hut because it's a mile from my house. I've been ordering from this location for 15 years, and my oh my has it gone drastically downhill! The last probably dozen times or so that I've ordered, I've been soundly disappointed.
The usual problems are two-fold: one is that my crust is almost always undercooked which makes for a very unpleasant experience. No one wants partially uncooked dough! It's not a good mouth feel! I also always, always, always order my pizza VERY EASY ON THE SAUCE, yet everytime I got at least the standard amount, if not more. I have multiple medical problems which are greatly exacerbated by acidity in pizza sauce, so when those instructions aren't followed, it pretty much ruins the pizza.
The last 3 times I ordered I got pan pizzas and they were terrible! I believe the dough was bad or old or something because it had an odd smell, tasted rancid and didn't rise properly. It was so thin the hand tossed crust would have been thicker! This happened three times in a row. Unacceptable! Is there no quality control there? How on earth did the person boxing up my pizza not realize that a pan pizza should not be so thin? I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager and she said they'd send a new pizza out right away, but the replacement pizza was exactly the same: flat, rancid tasting and smelled off. I give up! I'll no longer be ordering from.this location.
