Pizza Hut is a good, quick, safe option if you need some food. We’ve always had good success when ordering from this location. Their melts are good, but you can’t go wrong with a stuffed crust pizza.

I presented a Pizza Hut punch card for a complimentary buffet. The buffet punch card met criteria...however, was expired, due to the pandemic. I talked to the General Manager, at the Dupont location, in Fort Wayne... Sadly, he didn't greet me, or even smile, NO "people skills". He apparently didn't like my request, so he abruptly said, "I am not honoring your card...it's expired!". Then, he turned around and walked away. I found this experience to be "unacceptable". Pizza Hut discontinued the lunch buffet, "without notice" and now, is not recognizing the people who accumulated punches on their buffet card's. I have contacted Pizza Hut customer service...however, there has been no response. Shame on Pizza Hut for the way they are treating their customers. It's not about money, it's about principle...No MORE PIZZA HUT FOR MY FAMILY.

We ordered a pizza and paid for it in online. My wife drove through the drive-through to pick it up. Before the woman would give her the pizza, she said, “I see you didn’t tip online. Would you like to tip now?” First of all, who tips for drive-through, and secondly, how rude and desperate do you need to be to say something like that? Do they not pay you at Pizza Hut? My wife didn’t have her wallet because the pizza was already PAID FOR, and she wasn’t expecting to be shaken down at the drive-through window so she gathered whatever money she could find in the car, and gave it to her. This Pizza Hut gained a few extra bucks that day, but they’ve permanently lost a customer!

Pizza Hut has excellent service, they answer the phone right away within a half hour they are able to deliver and the food is great and prices are very very affordable compared to other competitors who have at least an hour wait time or more.
