Love the salad bar here. Pretty much only come here for salad and the fabulous ranch dressing. Usually get the personal pan with drink and salad bar deal. Can't beat it. Service always is friendly. Typical Pizza Hut environment. Wish they had the pizza buffet more than once a week.

This was my first visit to a Pizza Hut in approximately 10 years. We were seated promptly and given menus. Since I am not a Pepsi drinker at all, I ordered a lemonade. Usually, lemonade is more sour or is made with artificially sweetened sugar. Not sure what theirs was, but it was so sweet. I asked the server to just bring me water after three small sips. Our pizza was served and it was cooked perfectly with our desired toppings. When the bill came the lemonade was still on our bill. So we adjusted the tip accordingly! There are many places to go for pizza so we will be dining elsewhere.

The manager, Trey, is the absolute worst human being I have ever encountered. He is a pretentious old man that thinks being labeled as a manger gives him the privilege to be rude and disrespectful. Not only have I heard bad reviews from customers, the staff doesn't seem to like him much either. He reminds me of the pest infestation we had in my house. Arrogant and ignorant.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut about 4 times this past month. Each time the order was correct, done on time and tasted amazing. There are so many pizza places around, I sometimes forget about Pizza Hut. I prefer the bakery breadsticks to the regular ones and thin crust is my favorite. I miss the old Cavatini, but the meaty pasta is similar. Good job Pizza Hut!

The recipe for their breadsticks has changed. Instead of getting 10 good breadsticks for $5 now you only get 8 of them and they are worse in quality. I also ordered a 8 pc mild boneless wings and they barley had any sauce on them and I had to mix it with some hot sauce I had at home. Also what is the point in leaving a tip for your "team members" the whole reason I selected pickup instead of delivery is so I don't have to tip anyone and have to worry about delivery fees. If "team members" are getting tips and also get paid over twice as much hourly as a delivery driver then what are the incentives to be a delivery driver? So many problems...
Not sure if recipes have been changed, or what the issue is, but Pizza Hut Pizza in Fort Wayne just doesn't taste good anymore. Delivery of orders is still good. No problems with receiving the correct order or the arrival time.
