Ordered a buffalo chicken salad with extra ranch on the side and received only lettuce. ONLY lettuce! Called back and was hung up on twice. Finally reached a shift manager who stated the GM was on vacation and there was nothing he could do. No refund, no replacement, no credit. Been ordering once a week for a 5ear from this location, but that trend is over.

This location has gone so far downhill since the previous manager left. They are constantly getting our order wrong. Last night was the 4th time we've ordered the Pesto Margherita pizza and received it with absolutely zero pesto sauce. Also ordered boneless wings and received bone-in. I won't be wasting time or money here anymore, I'll just drive the extra bit down to the Coventry location.

There was a mistake with my order, after calling them they were able to make the missing items, upgraded a few and offered a full refund. Very polite and respectful, food was fantastic as are the staff.

We picked up 2 pizzas on Friday night. I understand they were busy, but they gave us pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way. One was a taco pizza and all the toppings fell off due to the dough still being raw. I filed a complaint and have yet to hear back The only edible part were the toppings

Called in an order. It was ready when we picked it up, but for two pizzas and an order of naked wings, the price was outrageous.

The service here sucks, they have no sense of customer service, and lack in discipline. They have a young driver who drives a silver chevy cruze that should not have a license. I contacted them and was lied by some young girl that no one worked there with that vehicle. After speaking to a manager they did in fact work there and no action was taken, as they still drive dangerously. If you want good service, go to the times corners location, wouldn't waste your time here.

I just received my order for a personal pan pepperoni pizza. I asked for a “little extra sauce” need less to say it was (dry) no sauce. I called received the call center, was told I’d be transferred, well after five times of being told I’d be transferred, I was not. Sixth time a gentleman came on the phone and said this locations lines were turned off, when asked why he had no idea. OMG how can you mess up a personal pan pizza?

I called and placed an order 2 large pizza and a Pepsi for delivery at 10:37 pmI was told that it would take 25 minutes but my pizza was never delivered. I called back at a 11:20 pm and I was told that they didn’t leave yet. I told the person who answered the phone that I would like to take off my delivery tip and he said that the delivery was on its way. On the third time I called the person at 11:37 pm since Pizza Hut is only five minutes away and they said was I going to pick it up. On the final call I asked to speak to the manager and all along it was the manager. I asked for a refund and told the manager that they have horrible service.

If you like wings, get them done by Sofia. Sofia is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be when she makes my familys pizza and wings. Especially the wings. Chef kisses. That other pizza hut by Coventry sucks.
