Food is usually great, hot and quick. Unfortunately this past weekend I got delivery, and 1 of the 4 pizzas I ordered was made incorrectly. I called them to let them know, was told they were really busy (it was a peak time) and to hold for manager. I was on hold for 20 before I hung up. I called again and they said they would get a note to a manager and to expect a call in 5-10 Minutes. 36 hours later I have never heard a word back from them.

Lady i spoke with acted like i was botherin her... kinda rude and still messed up the pizzas. Green pepper and pepperoni is difficult to figure out i guess? Pizzas didnt even look cooked

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad with extra ranch on the side and received only lettuce. ONLY lettuce! Called back and was hung up on twice. Finally reached a shift manager who stated the GM was on vacation and there was nothing he could do. No refund, no replacement, no credit. Been ordering once a week for a 5ear from this location, but that trend is over.

This location has gone so far downhill since the previous manager left. They are constantly getting our order wrong. Last night was the 4th time we've ordered the Pesto Margherita pizza and received it with absolutely zero pesto sauce. Also ordered boneless wings and received bone-in. I won't be wasting time or money here anymore, I'll just drive the extra bit down to the Coventry location.

There was a mistake with my order, after calling them they were able to make the missing items, upgraded a few and offered a full refund. Very polite and respectful, food was fantastic as are the staff.
We picked up 2 pizzas on Friday night. I understand they were busy, but they gave us pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way. One was a taco pizza and all the toppings fell off due to the dough still being raw. I filed a complaint and have yet to hear back The only edible part were the toppings

The service here sucks, they have no sense of customer service, and lack in discipline. They have a young driver who drives a silver chevy cruze that should not have a license. I contacted them and was lied by some young girl that no one worked there with that vehicle. After speaking to a manager they did in fact work there and no action was taken, as they still drive dangerously. If you want good service, go to the times corners location, wouldn't waste your time here.

I just received my order for a personal pan pepperoni pizza. I asked for a “little extra sauce” need less to say it was (dry) no sauce. I called received the call center, was told I’d be transferred, well after five times of being told I’d be transferred, I was not. Sixth time a gentleman came on the phone and said this locations lines were turned off, when asked why he had no idea. OMG how can you mess up a personal pan pizza?
