Called to place a delivery order due to online orders not going through and having a $10 because of an order issue in the past. I ordered and when she asked for payment information she asked about a tip for the driver, I replied yes and told her the amount… she laughed and said “thanks for the tip,” and hung up on me. Horrible customer service

Called to check on the pizza before close and person answering the phone told me it wasn’t her problem, “I’m about to walk out the door”, and to call in the morning, after my card had already been charged.

I ordered a taco pizza on the app, got there any somehow they gave my order to somebody else. No biggie, mistakes happen. I make my own share of mistakes too. They quickly remade my order plus gave me the guy's food who took mine by mistake. Very nice workers here. They seem to really care about making it right, and that means a lot.
