Ordered a usual dinner for the family tonight, they messed up one of my pizzas and gave me an order of wings dryer than sand paper, told me they can only put a little bit of sauce on them and I'd have to drive the food back out in this snowy blizzard if I want it replaced. I order from them 3-4 times a month but they've did me wrong on this ordeal and I guess they'll be losing my business for good!

I typically never leave reviews. I have to share the horrible customer service I had with the Pizza Hut location in Minneapolis, MN at 1101 Hennepin Avenue. I placed an order for delivery from the store, the delivery tracker said it would take about 40-50 minutes. Closer to that time, I received a text saying that DoorDash picked up my order from Pizza Hut because they partner together. This is fine, I have had this happen before and no issues. Keep in mind, the DoorDash text says “contact the STORE with questions.” I received another text about 10 minutes later saying my order was delivered (we live in a secure building so they would have had to leave it on the sidewalk outside if that was the case, and I did not get a call or anything from the DoorDasher). I went outside and checked around our whole building, found nothing. I called Pizza Hut, because I didn’t get a number to call DoorDash in any of the texts. This is where the terrible customer service comes in. From the moment the man at Pizza Hut answered the phone, he was rude and very unpleasant. I tried to explain the situation and before I could even ask if he had a contact for DoorDash he cut me off and yelled at me saying “you call them, it’s not my problem!” And I responded by saying “please don’t be rude, I’m asking for some help, it said in the message to call your store” and attempted to ask if he had any contact for DoorDash. He simply didn’t answer, and hung up on me. When I called back twice after that it rang through and he picked up my call and hung up without saying anything. I have always been big on customer service, and I have never had such a rude encounter in my life. The tone of voice, his nastiness, and him continually interrupting me when I was asking simple questions, it was terrible. I have always liked Pizza Hut but this location just lost customers for life. DoorDash ended up having to facilitate a refund on my behalf with Pizza Hut because every time I called the store they wouldn’t answer, just kept answering and hanging up on me. The DoorDash customer service line is very helpful, so shout out to them for their help

Ordered online carry out, and they delivered my pizza. Wasted time going to the store and was forced to pay delivery fee even though I drove to get my carryout... I have picture of the order showing carry out and a price. They forced me to pay more than what was presented to me. I call to try and get a refund on the delivery fee and the worker calls me a liar and says I ordered delivery and hangs out on me. Pizza Huts customer service in Fort Wayne is the worst in town.

Pizza is not what it used to be. Is not good. Quit going long time ago but decided to try a taco pizza. Was horrible had to throw it out. So many better options. I know that vivid has cut into your business but your quality has to pick up. No wonder customer traffic has fallen off and stores closing. Hate to see this happen.

We ordered tonight online as we usually do. 2 supreme calzones 2 desserts. They brought 4 desserts an hour and 10 minutes after ordering. We received 4 desserts no calzones no receipt. We spent a total if 30.00 with the too included no receipt on box. I called immediately. Asked them to please make it right. They said if I wanted the calzones we would have to pay for them. I said we paid for 4 desserts that we only ordered 2 of. I am beyond upset. I will never go to them again the manager refused to bring calzones unless I paid again bringing it close to 50.00 is this the way you do business after all the people out of work and loyal customers? Very sad pitiful and I will hate this experience with everyone I work for. I only gave 1 star because it required one..

Order carry out on New store on Dupont road on 5/10/2020 at 545, they said order will be ready in 15 minutes. I was there on time waited in line got to window 5 minutes later was told not ready yet told to wait out front. I waited another 15 minutes no one came out with pizza drove again at window was told they gave my pizza to another customer that I would have to wait again out front. Said manger with come out to see me which he did and offer his apology for the mix up. Didn't sound to concern offer me a 2 liter of soda which I don't drink. Did not offer any other Discounts or services. I only 5 minutes away from store. I thought not getting carry out service would save me time and money. I have gotten carry out service to my home quicker than this took. Not happy with Management at all.

We got sick! The 5 of us went out for supper tonight. My two girls had personal pans, my son a husband shared a large all meat pizza and I had the salad bar. For our drinks we had cherry Pepsi. 5 or so after finishing my husband's stomach turned, then while he was in the bathroom my son had to go. Then it was my turn I had violent painful cramping then explosive diarrhea not once but many times. I am thinking it could be the pop. People rarely clean them out they just keep adding syrup and don't give it a second thought. There are times at other restaurants that if i got the Sprite or other light color pop I could taste the mold. I am just disappointed that I did not get much time to enjoy my food before it was expelled from my body, I am sure my body did not even have time to take any nutrients out. Some how, my girls seem to be fine.

Pizza Hut has been no help to me; when we ordered delivery service from the store at 4902 W Washington Indianapolis Indiana and never received the product we have tried to settle the issue through corporate and were told that it is a franchise and will need to be handled by the store. I was charged for the order on 11/18/2019 and have yet to see the refund. Supposedly corporate has reached out to the store twice and we are STILL waiting. I am very unhappy with the service provided and will NEVER buy another product from you and will also be posting my experience on all social media available. I used 1 star but do not think even that is deserved.

Placed order at 612, it's 845 I'm still waiting for it. They f'd it up again. 4 calls every time I get a different story. They said call corporate there's nothing we can do!. I've asked them 4 times to change my phone number and they can't. So they call my old number even though the manager knew it was wrong!!! This is bs!!!!

Fix on Google and your website ... And your website during the ordering process as it is in a different place in the database apparently. The 1 star is for not being able to communicate this message to you directly as the mobile website has no corporate information.
