I've ordered from so many Pizza Hut's and I always get the cinnamon rolls and I always have bad experiences with this particular Pizza Hut and it sucks because this one is the closest to my house and I get it delivered every time with gas being so high I always tip a good tip but here lately my cinnamon rolls are burnt not cooked so basically frozen burnt my stomach feels like I have to puke as I'm typing this so yeah pretty epic

Id sure like to see these jokers close up the doors. No more classic quality pizza from pizza hut. No more original great tasting pizza. Now it's shipped in frozen dough, probably MSG loaded, extra ingredients you don't want. I want a simple ingredient pie with a good recipe to it. Use to love to go to Pizza Hut when I was a kid. Looked forward to it. Pizza Hut isn't the same as it once was. They are trying to feed the masses with an inferior product for higher profit margins with extra's we don't need or want. I remember a time when what I was eating was good. No more. it's loaded up with all kinds of stuff now, extras my internal organs don't want. The sausage here is loaded up with sodium, heart attack city for sure. Sure sausage is going to have sodium, but over at the hut they give you the double dose of it. To really get your heart a pumping. I liked Pizza Hut in the 1980s up until maybe 2001. Slowly got worse. In the 1980s this stuff was fire. Now it's some new aged science experiment and something my health tries to endure. My health your health will fight this Pizza, keep eating it the Pizza will win.

Tonight I ordered the a pizza online. I found out 5 mins later that we were having company so I wanted to order an extra pizza with a 2 liter of Pepsi. I called the number for the Lima rd Pizza Hut in Fort Wayne and was directed to a call center in the Philippines. I placed my order and they told me that my charge was going to be 16 dollars more then for the extra pizza and 2 liter. At the time the person told me it was going to be $32.xx. The new manager here is wonderful. Her name is Cindy. She is so pleasant and corrected the problem we had immediately. I hope she stays at this location because I have had multiple issues from this location with not much help. She is wonderful and she dose her job very well. I will continue to come to this location!! Last couple times I have ordered from here have been ridiculous. Ordered the Tuscani Meaty Marinara pasta and they legit didn't even put meat in it. I always tipped 25% on the website with the order, and they have come late, and missing certain items. The cheese sticks weren't cooked and they had cold cheese on top of them. I live less than 1 mile from the location, and they still manage to always arrive late. I will not be eating Pizza Hut anymore. I have tried to stick up for them long enough to friends and family, but I'm giving up and joining the "Pizza Hut sucks" club.
asked them to draw a wizard cat.... they drew an amazing wizard cat on the box. that just goes to show the exceptional level of customer service here. the one star reviews have no idea what they're taking about and should feel bad about themselves

I cannot build the pizza I like to order online. There is no way online when you build your own pizza to choose red sauce for half the pizza and white sauce for the other half of the pizza. I always have to call my order in. Tonight I did like I do every time and called it in and when I tried to use my coupon code the manger, Kevin, decided he would not honor it. I placed an online delivery order for my family which consisted of a big dinner box with a sausage and pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, bone out wings, size of ranch, and a taco pizza with no onions, toppings on side also made sure to ask for taco sauce.
