I placed an order on the app at 4:06, requesting pick up at 5:45. When we went to pick up, we were told it would be another 20 minutes. The manager had an attitude, no apology or offer of anything extra, like a salad or breadsticks. We demanded our money back, called Pizza King, and our order was ready in 10 minutes! Boo Pizza Hut! We won’t be back!

Pizza Hut has such high standards and the location by Southgate in Fort Wayne Indiana excels at every one of them. It is always super clean the staff always go above and beyond their expectations and the food is always hot fresh and tastes great.

Kevin Ramirez is not good at making stuffed crusts. Little to no cheese on my crust. Very disappointing would not recommend 1/10.

We ordered the My Hut box special and it was a bit disappointing. Very small pizza and only two side options. Wings were hotter than medium hot as described and the fries were old and soggy. Delivery driver got lost so food came late. I'm out $25 bucks and don't think I'd do it again.
