One hour later and still no garlic cheese bread. Notice I have a voicemail from Liberty. Call the store and speak to Liberty who seemed very apologetic about a mix up with Zach. Trying to make it right, she says will have 2 orders of cheese bread and a brownie delivered. One more hour goes by and my husband goes to the store and demands a refund. Ridiculous!! If you don’t have plans to make it right then stop saying you will!

I traveled in terrible weather conditions and got stuck and waited 2 hours to get home and when I got home I put pizza in oven and realized after taking a bite the pizza was extremely undercooked. Im not picky I even tried to cook it in oven longer . I called the store and was told they closed early due to weather but was given a credit of 15 . Its not that hard to be consistent in also called customer support

Absolutely disappointed always my go to Pizza place I got my order tonight and I’m not gonna lie. It was horrible. Food was cold. Pizza was very very bland breadsticks taste like they just pull them out of the freezer. Come on Pizza Hut do better.

Worst looking taco pizza Ive ever seen. Wow!!!
The most frustrating thing is that it's not overcooked or a simple mistake; someone working there completely didn't care. I checked the receipt four times to see if it was some weird pizza; it was clearly marked. I wouldn't feed this to an animal, and they wouldn't eat it.
This was $20, we were going to have a family movie night, and we went all out. Family night ruined.
The best-case scenario is that I get a manager reply below telling me to take my time to fill out whatever on their website to get 20% off. How about you take that time to make sure your staff doesn't deliver this crap to your clients.

I placed an order online. Manager ( Kennedy ) called and told me the fryer was down because of a oil spill. She said i would get a partial refund. I waited 45 mins before calling to ask about the rest of my order not being delivered yet. It was 15 mins past the delivery time. The driver answered the phone and told me my order was not packed to be delivered. I placed my order at 9:34 pm and when i called at 10:15 pm the order was not even done? I live less than a mile away from the pizza hut. Terrible service.

I had a horrible experience with the Pizza Hut on St. Joe Rd. On Saturday, I ordered a pizza for my family that was supposed to be delivered between 11:44 PM and 11:56 PM. We didn’t get the pizza until 12:48 AM. By then, the entire house was asleep and no one even got to enjoy the food.
I called the store the same day to report the issue. The manager, Leanne, told me the only thing she could offer was a $25 credit. I explained that a credit would be fine but it needed to cover my entire order, which was around $33. She refused and said she couldn’t do that because it was “handled the same day,” which made absolutely no sense.
On top of that, her tone was rude and dismissive. Mistakes happen—but it’s how a business chooses to make things right that shows their customer service. In this case, it was extremely disappointing.
I do not recommend ordering from the St. Joe Rd location. Take your money elsewhere—your time and business will be better respected.

The tavern Pizza came out extremely burnt. I did not even ask for it. Well done at all. The taco pizza miraculously looks undercooked. I don't know how they made that happen. And then when I received my order magically they also forgot the breadsticks. If the gentleman working wasn't so high and smiley maybe he could have remembered what the order was. That was on the screen that he stood there for 2 minutes staring at it. Next time I'll just go to Walmart and pick up some frozen pizza

I do not recommend this location. If you use the mobile ordering system and the drive thru window but your food is not finished yet, they will have you park in their designated, numbered spots and forget about you.
The crew is great and management is helpful. Great pizza.

I’ve ordered food multiple times food for to go and they always seem to mess up my order. Last time i went they wanted to give me a credit instead of remaking it then. Check your food before you leave or you’ll be headed right back.
