I pretty much only go through the drive thru and always late at night. Orders are done quick and correct and the employees have always been friendly even though it's at the end of their day.

Nothing but helpful when I called on the phone to change my order and nothing but smiles when I walked in the door to pick it up. Everyone working seemed happy to be there and the vibe was great. Give these people a raise!!!

This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.
Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.

Forever before the pizza was delivered causing me to receive a Luke warm pizza! Service was unsatisfactory and when I called they said they were short help!

Driver in the grey Equinox from this location was witnessed driving extremely recklessly, swerving in and out of traffic, speeding well over the limit, using turn lanes to swerve around cars, and all around endangering the lives of those around them.
Congrats on not getting stopped at the red light right at St. Joe, buddy, your saved a whole 30 seconds.

Hello! To the oldest and most interested one, on Thursday, August 8th at night I arrived at this place, where I have always liked Pizza Hut, ?, I had a bad experience (a young man's mistake) I asked for a pizza with onions, tacos, pineapple, the young man told me to wait in the parking lot, 15 minutes ok! perfect!
After 15 minutes I came back through the window, my order did not appear, there was no way to take my pizza ?, then a young girl with blonde hair! very attentive, wanting to find the order on her laptop, the order did not appear! At the end my wife inside our car, saw a young boy pass by! That's when the girl told him (I asked him where the pizza order was, because he was laughing, it seemed like it was funny on his part!.. with laughter out loud she told him and then our pizza appeared! thanks to the most responsible Owners of that place! Don't repeat this inconvenience so that your business is satisfied! and we, the customers! are also satisfied! Thank you!

Each time I've been to this place the customer service continues to get better and better. Always greeted when I walk in. Always thanked when I leave and they even brought the food to me one time outside. It's a Very good place to eat and receive great service

The manager at this establishment, Natalie is very rude to customers. She cussed me out with no reason the moment I arrived to pick up my order. She also has been known to practice sexual orientation and gender identity profiling in the hiring process, and has rejected people for the sole purpose of being transgender and lgbt. As well as disproportionately treating employees poorly for being LGBT. In a recent situation, an aggressor was given praise and the LGBT victim employee was punished via reduced hours (which is a federal crime) for being targeted and threatened by the aggressor employee. The victim employee had been threatened by the aggressor employee, and treated unfairly in the workplace. The aggressors name is carson. He has been rambunctious and while picking up my orders I have personally witnessed him throwing trays and food around the establishment. As well as horsing around with his co-workers. Who have all mutually agreed that he is a hindrance to the process because of his constant bullying of other employees. Yet Natalie constantly defends him despite how he bullies everyone. I hear this from the higher up called Naomi. Who is a trusted source. She's a great employee and has never complained or cussed me out for asking for a refund on my food, which had been poorly made by carson, who had sliced my pizza in a way that warranted my to have to cut my pizza at home.
