Unfortunately I HAD to give it one star just to be able to write this review. I work second shift so I don’t get home till 11pm. I have ordered from the bluffton rd Pizza Hut before and had problems with the drivers driving across town to deliver other orders then deliver my pizza after they get done with the others and I only live like 3 mins away. Anyway tonight i ordered some food, got the text your order is out for delivery (Just so you know that was at 11:45pm). Come midnight we call the restaurant and they confirm it’s out for delivery so ok we wait longer. We see a couple of cars drive by but nothing. I start getting calls but every time I called back they never answered. So now it’s 12:30am we call Pizza Hut and they proceed to tell us that the driver came to some house that wasn’t ours and proceeded to knock on the door so when the person to who ever house they went to never answered, the driver proceeded to tell the restaurant we never showed nor answered our phone. So all Pizza Hut did was oh well we are sorry but we will give you a 20 voucher after we spent 40 dollars. We will never go back to the bluffton road Pizza Hut again, HELLO papa John’s! Pizza Hut has Horrible customer service.

I have and will always loved Pizza Hut and its pizza. On occasion I get their chicken Alfredo pasta. I used to order it every weekend for months. It use to have a great flavor. Now it’s so bland and It only has a couple little pieces of chicken. I can’t even taste Alfredo sauce or the breading on top. Whatever you have changed has made it horrible. Your food should be improving, not getting worse.

I ordered a taco pizza it came pretty well they replaced it no problem second one was just as uncooked so here's a picture of what you'll get when you spend $25 on on a pizza that is 90% lettuce and chips the only part of the pizza they had to do right was to cook the crust, over an hour and I got two pizzas in front of me but here I am still hungry

I spent 1/2 an hr trying to order the 2 medium specialty pizzas for 11.99 each. The website would not let me order. What a nightmare that was. So, I called the Bluffton Rd Ft Wayne location and the gentleman asked his manager if he could take the order on the phone. This was okay, but I gave them my phone number and I popped up in the system. Gave him my order which he clearly took, because I chose my 5 toppings and he read them back to me. He even gave me the total price. So I got there more than 90 minutes after attempting the whole online order and the manager remembered the order, but it was not even in the system. I went across the street and got McDonald's, woohoo! I am so mad right now that I will never go to Pizza Hut again, especially that location. He didn't even offer me a free pizza or anything. Be warned, do not go to the Pizza Hut in Waynedale!!! My intention was carryout for dinner and would have spent $20-30 but I got nothing except terrible service.

Kid-friendliness: Not very. No inside dining area for a family with kids.
Ordered the stuffed crust with extra barbecue sauce. Seem like they put three times the amount of sauce on it, which was excessive and overpowering, and when you went to pick the pizza up out of the box, the toppings slid right off the pizza! come on Pizza Hut you can do better than this.

Never received the pizza and when I call the store to find out where the pizza was they couldn't find the order told me to call back in twenty minutes and they would give me store credit went to bed hungry
I missed the old pizza hut salad bar ,buffet I usually go here for the salad bar 2 -3 x a week. Nothing fancy but it's just a good salad. Clean , service is bueno..

The service here has always been top notch imo. The one time I did have a mistake happen, the manager put a free pizza credit on my account. Another time, they ran out of the large pan pizza so they gave me two med pans in consolation.
They did tear down the old building and built a modern one. Still a couple places to sit inside and eat but it definitely focuses more on the delivery aspect now which is a bit sad. Think most people my age miss how the indoor Huts used to be. But that option is still there for people.
The food is very consistent imo which I attribute to how this particular franchise is run. Now, it is still chain pizza but it's a step above average I think. I also like that this location has a drive thru making carry out orders just that much easier and faster.

The pizza hut stole my money off my card 24.83 and wanted me to give my credit card #to them so they could take more of my money and this was the so called district manager imagine that....
