There is a lady that may be the manager that is the rudest person I have ever met at a restaurant!! No matter the day she is rude and argues every time!! She is so quick to push the food she misses part of the order!! Trust me it’s worth your time to drive to one farther away!

Walking into the store we were not greeted by front counter, the young lady by the name of Brooklyn that was taking our order was very short and rude. She a what seem to be an attitude for not reason. After taken our Order I asked for a plate she said it’s over there and turn around and continued to do what she was doing. This type of treatment is not called for and her customer service sinks !! Sorry pizza his she was a dud of a hire !!!

Used to be great, but now that they are using door dash for delivery and it literally takes an eternity, after already having problems with this location in the past, I probably won't be back. Huge disappointment. Bad choice to eliminate your own drivers.

Is was very bad experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered large veggie pizza with added topping. They gave very less topping and there is no cheese in it. The taste was very bad. There added more tomato’s instead of fried roasted peppers. I don’t like pizza waste of $21.05.

I got carryouts and twice now they've shorted me on my wing count, I mean isn't it their job to count the wings for getting the customers orders right. And the young female managers they have working for them are just rude. One of them asked me my number for the order and I told her and she said we don't have a order for that number, then she asked me are you sure that's the last 4 digits of your number. Why would I not know my own phone number, really come on. Whoever took my phone order took down my number wrong. This pizza hut is getting worse and worse. Service is bad. I've had better experiences at Southgate which is where I'm going to start going. Sorry pizza hut Waynedale you're just not cutting it. 👎
Employees are great, at least the one I talked to. The worthless Pizza Hut app never sent our order to them, but charged us so we took our confirmation # into the store and they made our order anyways and apologized. Very nice!

For whatever reason, Pizza Hut will not let me order anything online. Account lockouts, no method of Account reset ever delivered when requested, or if a reset method does show in email, after reset, it locks me out immediately. I used to be a loyal Pizza Hut customer. However, since I am not allowed to order from them, why should I put in the effort to be loyal in the future.
