Macaroni was old an can tell it has water added to a bit too much.

Food was decent. Luckily I checked my bag before leaving because there was no straw.

Today I went through the drive-thru to order food for my kids and myself. I got both of my kids a chicken sandwich meal and started to order a shrimp combo but was informed that they no longer accept more than 2 meals through drive-thru. I have been many times before and it has never been an issue. Also there is not a sign stating the change anywhere. Very unhappy! I tried to call and talk to a manager but that didn't happen.

The $6 box made me do it and man I'm sure glad I did. I stopped yesterday after work at this location, and was immediately greeted with a huge warm welcome, and the service was just great! The woman behind the register helped me with what I wanted to order and was so nice. This was only my 3rd time here since they opened, and at Popeye's in general. I got 2 dark meat boxes, and a new sandwich with swiss and bacon! They offered a apple cinnamon pie for $1 donation for kids. I got 2. Home 10 minutes later and we were in shock how hot and delicious every single bite, and the order was correct. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE CREW. It's service like this that will bring me back, and hopefully this review will help others see what I saw.

The fries and popcorn shrimp must have been sitting under the heat lamp a little while. These are best when they are hot and fresh.

Every time I go they mess up my order but the food is always on point.

Miss Clara here, sometimes they have good customer service. They have a high hiring turnover. Maybe that's the problem.

Unacceptable it’s not that hard to get an order right. Barely any spicy sauce on it didn’t give me my blackened ranch. Pathetic.

Worst customer service ever me and my freind ordered on the app at the same time mine said location closed and they would not honor the app deal i had manger was rude and unprofessional
