Pretty good hot dogs but I haven't really been impressed with anything else other than the chocolate cake. Sometimes we will go just for the cake it's so good. One piece is really big enough for two people and it's under four bucks.

Every Portillos I've been to the food has been great. There is no difference from location to location. Every time I walk into one of these the employees seem really pumped up excited to be there and enthusiastic. Just seems like an extra touch to the restaurant. This location I didn't get that vibe. Again didn't take away from my experience but I walk away feeling like it was excellent customer service at the other locations

The food from here is so good! We got jumbo hot dogs and honestly with everything on they were fire! It may have just been the sport peppers though that come on it. The service was alright, but cashiers do need to watch tones when dealing with customers. The atmosphere is so unique to me in the Fort Wayne area. I recommend trying it at least once if you are in the area.

Enjoyed the food,that being said a little pricey. Middle of the road on service because I asked the counter person when picking up our order which bag was ours after our number was called,there were something like six orders on the counter at the time. What I got was a young lady with a discusted look and a pointed finger ?.

I love this place! Everything about it is great! Sometimes the wait is long, but it's worth it because the food is almost always hot! There's only been two times where my fries were only warm.The staff is kind, the cheeseburgers and grilled chicken are delicious! The chocolate cake is yummy, and I love that I can get free fries without purchasing anything. All I have to do is complete the survey within 7 days of last visit!
