Wow. What horrible customer service !

The guy behind the counter couldn't have been more rude, playing on his phone , NO hat on either.

Ordered BLTA on flat bread. Turned out hard and undesirable to eat. I also had the pb&j basic Welch’s and jiffy spread. That was what I ate since the blta was so hard. Had the banana shack it was cool would have preferred fresh fruit.
The young fellas that served me had good customer service

Sandwich was good but a bit pricey.

First time visit. Polite, clean, and very helpful explanations of all the options. Italian sandwich was very good.

This location is awful. We have tried to eat here at about 11:30am twice in the last 2 weeks and they have a paper sign on the door saying closed until 12:30 due to large take out orders. Rated 1 star because you have to, should be zero.

What in the meth is going on there! WOW!

I've been eyeing this place for a while. It's definitely worth the stop. The bacon on the BLT is so smokey. 🔥👍

This was my first Potbelly experience and my wife and I ordered online and ate in store. I had a veggie melt, which I made vegan and added a bunch of veggies to. The sandwich was excellent, with a hearty bread texture.

Vegetarian options: You're on your own here. Be careful not to order a sandwich with meat and have it removed, as you will still pay for the meat (that's the way the online ordering worked). Order the cheapest sandwich and add the many free veggies to it.

There was no labeling for vegan, just vegetarian.

We stopped at Potbelly Sandwich Shop for a few sandwiches and enjoyed ourselves. The food is made to order and can be customized. The service is friendly and everything is made in front of you. The atmosphere is alright. The dining room was clean and they had a few interesting pictures on the walls. Overall it was a decent place to stop and grab dinner.

workers were incredibly nice and understanding! first time in and very impressed. environment was clean and cozy!

At 6:00 all the chairs are on the tables. Only 2 slices of roast beef on my sandwich. I can't even taste it over the blue cheese. Had to repeat our order multiple times as they kept forgetting, and we never did get our pickles, because we had already had to ask them for a missing soup.

The new manager is great. They have great service and food. I would say this is one of my favorite places to eat. They are just unpredictable on the time they close for the day because of lack of workers. It's kind of frustrating when you expect them to close at 6:00pm and they have already closed hours prior.
