Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. When we asked our server a couple questions, she had the chef and the manager stop by our table. It was so thoughtful. Awesome place to bring my guest, who was visiting Fort Wayne.

Everything was wonderful! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and the birthday girls were treated to a fabulous dessert along with a hand-signed card! So special. Our server was exceptional. We loved the mango/pineapple Sangria and had the opportunity to taste the next flavor that's coming out. I had shrimp and grits and it was wonderful with lots of big shrimp! The paella was plentiful and so so flavorful! Proximo is always great!

I thought I would try something different for breakfast. The Crab Cake Benedict was absolutely delicious! My husband is rather picky but thoroughly enjoyed the Garbage platter. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. A great way to start the morning.

We had a lovely server team - Bailey and Kate(SP?) these (2) went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. We had a significant delay on our food being delivered and were provided a free appetizer to make up for it. We enjoyed our food but would like the chef to note that there is entirely too much black pepper on every savory dish and in everything, bacon and sausage etc. It would be better to allow the diners to add this once it reaches the table or offer it tableside like establishments do for Caesar salads etc. We will be back but will need to note this change when ordering here. Overall this place provides a great brunch spot in our area for its guests. We are grateful and will be back occasionally. Also, highly recommend this place offer cold brew to allow the brunch crowd to enjoy a very common beverage with brunch that would entice the brunch crowd to visit this place more often in our opinion. Definitely effects where I am going for brunch. Even better, a list of flavored lattes! This would make Próximo one of my top favorite brunch places in the area.

Above and beyond…My husband and I were celebrating Valentine’s Day early this year as our schedule would dictate we wouldn’t see each other much of the month. We wanted to try a new and special place for the occasion. We chose Proximo. Jess was an outstanding waitress. The food was delicious. I thought I’d get churros for dessert. Unfortunately, they weren’t available. No problem, I thought. I was already looking forward to coming back to Proximo another time for brunch. Just when I thought we would receive our bill, a gentleman came to our table with churros! Thane, the manager, had gone to the sister property to get us a special dessert for our Valentine celebration. Above and beyond! This was my favorite Valentine memory and show of kindness. Thank you. Ordered the biscuits and gravy and it did not disappoint! The biscuit is a dense cheddar biscuit, so delicious and not something I’ve found anywhere else in Fort Wayne. They also had a dairy free option for the gravy and it was delicious as well. It has a bit of a maple taste to it but it was a nice flavor. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
This was our first visit. We met our daughter and her man for brunch on new years day. Nick and i had the garbage skillet. I also tried the corn bread. My wife and daughter had the breakfast tacos. We were all very happy with our meals. The service was great and we also enjoyed the atmosphere. This is a must try. Highly recommend!!!

I've been to countless restaurants and this service was another level! Food was great but my waiter, Jared was exceptional! Dude is a natural! Lots of great energy! We were almost done with our food and William who was not our waiter came to also help us out for our dessert menu which was very nice of him.
