The cheesecake was great, but what really left a mark was the customer service. I dropped the ball and forgot to pick up my cheesecake. They were willing to meet my wife after hours and walked her to her car after pick up. What a spectacular experience dealing with this establishment was.

Only two words worthy of this place, ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! Ordered a Blueberry swirl cheesecake for a friend's birthday. Short notice, they crafter a work of art! EXCELLENT

They have the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had in my entire life, you can taste the freshness in them. Purple Mountain is our number one choice for birthdays and gifts. We recommend the blueberry, raspberry and snickerdoodle cheesecakes.

So good!! Moist cheesecake with lots of flavor!! My son wanted a birthday cheesecake and he was not disappointed. I can't thank you enough for staying open until I could get there from Michigan. Definitely will be back!!

Purple Mountain is an absolute MUST! The cheesecakes are so good. I catered an order for my wedding and all of the flavors were so beautiful and delicious. The owner was super friendly and helpful. If in need of cheesecake, this is the only place in FW I’d go!

What a team... What a business.... What a Cheesecake! Thought I knew Purple Mtn from a larger city but was I wrong - really wrong. Flavor, texture and everything about this fresh cheesecake was enjoyed by guests and myself. Personally I got to experience the outgoing team. I was a last minute customer. They checked and offered what they could do. Hats off to an excellent business who whips up an awesome desert! Thank you Purple Mountain Team!

Best cheesecake in Fort Wayne and Chicago. I am from chicago and visit family often in Fort Wayne. We all expect a cheesecake now on our visits and they do not disappoint. We've had multiple flavors and they are all delicious! The turtle and cherry flip are awesome

10/10 they were very nice their and I was nervous about where to go. Signs everywhere and very easy to locate with gps. Also the cheesecake looks AMAZING. Haven’t even tried it yet and I’d still give it full stars lol. Things looks crazy. Got the black cherry Forrest cake.

I have become quite a cheesecake connoisseur. It’s my absolute favorite dessert. I’ve tasted cheesecake at so many places and have to say that there is not one other that comes close to comparison of Purple Mountain. They are absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for something truly exceptional, I very highly recommend them! And while they deliver a dessert better than any other I’ve experienced, their pricing is very fair and worth every penny. We are fortunate that some local restaurants have started carrying Purple Mountain Cheesecake to serve as dessert. Very wise choice for these establishments! I only wish their name was bigger and more known. Some restaurants I frequent carry ‘Cheesecake Factory’ and I’ve told each of these managers they should really contact Purple Mountain to be able to offer an exceptional dessert.Staff at Purple Mountain have always been so friendly and accommodating. My favorite cheesecake isn’t a standard menu item, but they always accommodate and make it happen. I love New York style with added Vanilla extract flavoring and a thick carmel topping. Amazing! I also love their Strawberry Swirl and recently tried their Mocha and it was delicious!Currently, Purple Mountain works in more of a commercial kitchen setting, so you order ahead of time. I would love to see them open some sort of small cafe. I would stop in weekly for a slice of cheesecake and an iced coffee. They were trying to make this happen in the old Jack & Johnnies building downtown, but it didn’t work out and the city seems to be claiming that entire area for their Riverfront project. I do hope they don’t give up on this idea. With how special their cheesecake is, I really see potential in them having a walk-in style atmosphere.All around- there isn’t one thing I can negatively say about Purple Mountain. Give them a taste! You won’t regret it!

My daughter surprised me the night before her birthday and wanted cheesecake instead of a traditional cake. I am not a cheesecake baker, but I have eaten plenty and grocery store cheesecake was not going to do. Purple Mountain Cheesecakes was able to provide me with a cheesecake the same day, because real cheesecake takes hours to make, but they did! My daughter was thrilled with her cheesecake and I will be back for more!
