I stopped in later in the evening for dinner. This is one of my favorite places to eat! A quick stop on my way home, I got a rice bowl. The birria meat is delicious, not spicy. The folks there are pretty easy going, too.

Food was over priced 17.00 for a nasty burrito . I should have noticed parking lot was empty 😕 this location in ft.wayne indiana is gross. I have enjoyed their food at other locations, not here.

I’ve been a regular at this Qdoba location for about a year now and we always tip, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. My husband and I placed an online order in the parking lot as we normally do. We got in line simply to ask for some sauces on the side.

Out of nowhere, an employee named Chris became incredibly rude and unprofessional. He snapped at my husband for “ordering online and then waiting in the line as the food was being made” and “causing the line to build up and that “we caused a commotion”. He said, “I don’t know why you decide to order your food online when you’re outside in the parking lot at 4:20 when it says it’ll be ready at 4:33 and you decide to wait in line and cause the line to build up. It doesn’t make sense.” We’re always so nice to everyone and were kind of dumbfounded that he gave us an attitude about the whole situation.

That comment alone was unnecessary and disrespectful, but it didn’t stop there. After we left the counter, I overheard him say something under his breath as we were walking out. I went back to ask for his name because I wanted to complain about the whole situation , and he disrespected me directly as well—enough that i came out visibly upset which my husband noticed. My husband went back in and calmly asked his coworker to tell him to watch his mouth, and he doubled down on his rude attitude and even threatened to “ban” us. My husband also asked him what the difference would have been if we would have came inside, placed the order in person, asked for some things on the side, and scanned our rewards there through the QR code and paid at the register. He didnt have anything logical to say about what the difference would have been either.

This was a complete overreaction to a normal customer interaction. If standing in line for extras after ordering online was a problem, all he had to do was politely ask us to step aside—not scold us or make it personal.

We’ve always supported this location, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously because no customer deserves to be spoken to this way—especially when they’re just trying to pick up a meal.

Just better than chipotle. Better flavors. Better price. Consistent flavors of items. Better service.

This location does not serve the standard chips, substitutes with super hard cheap chips and still charges full price. After getting my pickup order and noticing the obvious difference and subpar quality in product I called the store to get a refund and just got an attitude instead. Snapped at me to call corporate, which is a joke because the only phone number you can find routes you back to the store. Luckily there are 2 locations here in town because I’ll never go back to this location

It’s worth the extra 5 min drive to the other location in town, don’t waste your money on cheap substitutions and go to the location that serves the right product.

Forgot all side sauces on both of my takeout orders for a total of six missed items.

Satisfy Your Cravings at Qdoba Mexican Eats!

If you're on the hunt for delicious, high-quality food, Qdoba is your one-stop destination. While I might stick to my tried-and-true favorite, the menu boasts a wide selection of mouthwatering options to suit any craving.

My personal go-to? A bowl loaded with half chicken, half steak as the protein. I pile on all the veggies, cheeses, and extras, and I never forget the extra-generous scoop of guacamole (plus a little on the side—because you can never have too much guac). Pair it with their perfectly brewed sweet tea, and you’re in for a treat!

The dining experience is just as enjoyable. Whether you're eating in or grabbing takeout, Qdoba provides a clean, spacious environment to savor your meal. It's not just food—it’s a hunger solution at a fair price.

Pro tip: Don't hold back on customizing your order. Qdoba's all about creating your perfect meal, one delicious bite at a time!
