Not very pleased with my last visit here. For one, portion sizes continue to decrease, while prices increase. You quit giving any chips for your bowls, which is how many people ate it. And you sign up for the rewards program to eventually be able to claim rewards (which requires you to spend considerable money there), only to feel disappointed. I saved mine for a long day at work. Popped in thinking gosh, they must-have hooked me up because the container felt heavy. Yeah no. It was maybe 5 pieces of steak, no cheese which i asked for, and truly just a giant bowl of soupy black beans. I don't know about you, but that's not exactly appetizing to me. I tried to call the day of, they were not busy when I left and only work down the street and got no answer. I could not go back because I had meetings to attend. So basically screwed me out of lunch that day. Disappointing to say the least.

I showed up at noon and the place was very dirty. All the tables looked like they were cleaned with dirty rags. The girl that made our burrito definitely was new. But she did ripped one of the burritos and then look at me after I said something and continued to rolled it up. We had to ask them to re roll it with a new wrap because it wasnt in any shape to be eating like a burrito. Their computer system had issues as well, they had me try 3 times to make the payment. All 3 went through so now I paid 75 bucks for 2 burritos. Which we didn't even eat and just threw away in the restaurant because they weren't good and the experience was so awful. Just go to Taco Bell at the other corner. It's cleaner and better service.

Emma, Tyson, and Cooper were very very helpful. We ate and used an online gift card, but the gift card was having trouble. They were patient and helpful. Tyson was especially helpful in taking charge of when things weren’t working out. Lovely restaurant and team!

Nothing against the new guy, hes still learning. But the other 2 look at you like they are totally lost. Quesadillas weren't even warm and chese wasn't melted. Ordered cheese crusted and there was nothing crusted. Queso is meh at best.

Ordered online through Uber Eats and my driver tripped and fell on their way to deliver my food, spilling queso everywhere and mysteriously causing my taco to vanish. Brought in the bag after fighting customer support on multiple fronts and they remade my food for me. Excellent service, food was delicious, and turned a bad evening into a positive experience.

My bowl was very good and the chicken was amazing. Had great flavor and probably some of the best chicken I’ve ever had, kudos to your team. It was flavorful, moist, and very hot!
I was disappointed when I arrived because there Was no one else in the restaurant and when I went to order the gal I would have to wait for someone else to make my order because she was going to make the to go orders. It was a little disappointing to know that the person that drove all the way there specifically to get food and was standing right in front of her, had to wait as she chitchatted with her coworker and made food for someone else that wasn’t there
i’m sure there’s protocols or something like that in place. But when I’ve worked customer service, I was always told that the person in front of you is most important and if the phone rings, answer the phone and ask them to please hold and take care of the person that’s looking you in the eye.
Didn’t make me feel very special or welcome. And it was even more disappointing to learn that you were out of guacamole at 6 PM and things happen.
there were no apologies. It was just manner of fact and take it or leave it kind of attitude $20 is a lot of money to spend on to go fast food so I will leave it here and you can do with it. What you will.
