I luv Raising Cane's! One of my favorites!

The Gentleman behind the counter was very greeting and personal. He was awesome. I expected some mind blown chicken tenders, but I was left with bland chicken I had to dip in sauce to taste anything other than typical chicken strips. Sauce was very good, but if someone didn't like the sauce I can see how limited they would be with just the basic chicken strips.

Food is good. Chicken doesn't taste greasy. Has a light taste. Kids liked it. Price is decent!

Great food. Of course chicken is always good but their sides are too. Generally busy but they move the line really quickly.

I recently ordered the Caniac Combo and was disappointed to find that my order was incomplete, containing only four chicken pieces instead of the full portion. Additionally, there was a hair in the food, which raised serious concerns about food handling and quality control. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better service and cleanliness moving forward.

I visited this Cane’s on Sunday and ordered two fries, two breads, and two sauces. When I received my order, there was only one fry instead of two. I mentioned it to the employee, but she insisted that’s how “two fries” are supposed to look. I let it go at the time, planning to call later, but got busy that day.

When I finally called about an hour ago, the woman who answered had a rude attitude and told me I should have called the same day if I wanted anything remade, and that there were no exceptions. It’s frustrating to be treated like that, especially when I was shorted on my order in the first place. I really like Cane’s food, but this location needs to work on customer service and how they handle mistakes.

This is the second time I’ve eaten at Raising Cane’s. First time was in AZ and I remember it being better. There’s no seasoning on the chicken strips or fries. At least the sauce is pretty good. The staff were friendly and the service was decently quick for as long as the line was.

The food itself was hot fresh and decent. The place was so busy there was nowhere to sit. They had messed up and put Coke Zero in the original Coke fountain spot and I had to get something different than Coke to drink because of the weird taste. The menu is literally only 2 things. Chicken sandwich or chicken strips. I dont think I'll be back. It was decent but not worth the drive to me personally.

Staff was good, but I didn't find the food to be anything amazing.
