Horrendous restaurant, and mobile ordering experience. Mobile ordering is pointless as they have closed the “carry out only lane.” If you take the time to mobile order, you’ll have to wait along with everyone else for colder food.
On top of this, the mobile application allowed me to order drinks that this location apparently doesn’t have. I didn’t receive my large drink or regular drink. The location had no recourse other than contacting corporate.
The icing on the cake was our burgers being completely wrong from the requested customizations.
Next time, I’ll spend the extra money and go to the burger joint next door.

Visited the location in Fort Wayne, IN on Jefferson Blvd. Ordered the 5 for $5. When I got home and opened the bag to eat lo and behold I only received three items so I guess I got a $3 for $5. Of the item in the bag ( fries, chicken bites) the chicken bites were extremely hard. A complete waste of my time and money.

I want to make a point right away and say this is not a review over food or the establishment itself but so much as the young lady that was running the drive-thru with dark hair and glasses. Has such a crappy attitude. Asking her for ketchup she drops her hand and size real hard like I'm putting her out of her place. I don't understand why she doesn't realize she's being paid to do what she's doing. I don't have time for that kind of negativity in my life but somebody should check that attitude of hers. Cheap 100% definitely has no business dealing with customers with such a poor attitude.

The food here is disgusting! Fries tasted like they were cooked in very old grease. Burger did NOT taste good. Took off all the toppings and attempted to just eat the meat and cheese. Big mistake! Did NOT sit well with my stomach. 🤢 We threw 80% of our meal out and went to bed. It was VERY disappointing. The automated attendant ordered us larger sizes than requested. $23 for two meals?? Down the drain. 👎 #disappointedoutoftowner

Couldn't even order because you literally can't speak to an actual human. I'm not going to order from a computer to where you ask it a question and it gives you 2 different answers that didn't even answer my question.... I can see by the reviews I'm not the only one that's frustrated with your automated system. Your losing business because of it and clearly not just mine.
