This location was completely awful. The food was cold, fries were old, the burger patties were burnt,the drinks were watered down bad. The worker at the window was rude. I like Rallys but ill NEVER go back to that location. And I will make sure to let everyone know not to go there.

I Love❤️ Rally's🍟🍔🥤🥓🧀🍦🍰🍪🍭🍬🥤 this location is one of my favorites. I love🩷 how this Rally's❤️🍟✨️ location is downtown and that it is open late. I have been to this location many times in my life and I love🩷 it. The food is always delicious 😋 I love❤️ those Rally's❤️ frys🍟✨️🩷, Ralley burger with cheese, drinks, and desserts. I have always had a positive and pleasant experience at this location. The workers and staff are very nice, kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very kind and knowledgeable through the drive thru🚘✨️🚗✨️, always gets my order right ✅️ 😀 👍🏻, and the atmosphere is nice because o like how this Rally's🍟❤️🥤🍔🥓🍰🍦🥤 is downtown 🏙🌆🌇✨️. 4 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ overall.

The guy at the window (William)was the grumpiest person I have ever encountered at a drive thru. Literally the most combative over sauce. We weren’t trying to get free sauce. But he got upset that we added sauce on at the window and lectured us on the proper way to order sauce. It was weird and rude and unnecessarily combative
