I went to this Rally'sā¤ļø a lot and all the time in high school where I would buy the chicken bites box. Drive thru has been good most of the time. The last time I've been here they were closed and the employee was sitting out in the parkinglot. Won't be back at this location.

Went here after work at 9:20pm, some friends and I placed mobile orders in which they took the money out of our bank. Pulled up to the drive-thru and noticed one worker (Caucasian, Slight Beard and a mustache) was being rude to customers and calling them dumb before he talked to us. We told him about our mobile orders and he told us āthere were no tickets the past 3 hoursā but he was very hostile and passive aggressive towards us as if we were just three dumb girls. He didnāt want to help us or ask to even see the confirmation # and email that we told him we had. Basically stole our money from us. Customer service needs to be enforced here.

I am literally sitting here waiting for my sandwich. I was the only vehicle and was told they would be with me shortly (twice) as I was abiut to leave i was finally able to place my order. I am now sitting in a parking spot waiting over 20 minutes so far. I am leaving without my food that I already paid for. This is BS. Now I am out just over $5 with no food and no choice because I have to pick up my granddaughter from school and stop somewhere else to get her sandwich!

Last 2 orders thru DoorDash..ice cold, cheese not melted, like it was in the fridge cold. I followed the order and it wasnt thd driver. It had him waiting to get food. So...be like mcd...begin preparing only after driver arrives. Not immediately after I order so it sits 20 minutes waiting. Note...to rallys. Just saw you wanted me to contact you over another crap order from the same store. But they didn't contact me, just left it in the reply to bait n switch readers into thinking they cared.

Grabbed lunch here a few days ago while running errands. Service was quick and the staff seemed pretty friendly even though it was kinda busy. I got a chicken sandwich combo and fries, everything came out hot and fresh. The place looked clean too which I liked. Not the best I ever had but honestly pretty good for a quick bite, Iād stop by again.
I immediately gave the bag back in the drive through
They then demanded to see my receipt before they would give me the correct order
Do not go hear very unprofessional
All they had to do was hit the second receipt button on the register to get what I just payed for
But instead refused to give me the food I ordered till I have them the receipt I was just given
If u can't make food right then you should not be working at a fast food place
Stay away from here
