Eat at different rally occasionally, this one everything was cold, the patties on the big Burford were mc Donald's cheese burger sized. Have had rally since then so I know corporate didn't change the size.

Not bad, simple chili only thing ordered. Ate indoors because of weather, did have to wait a few minutes at window to get a napkin after had already received & started my lunch.
So I asked for a double Mushroom Burger. And they gave me a single. Mushroom Burger And the guy at the window was very rude.

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich thru the drive thru told the robot 3 times no mayo. Got to the window and asked is the chicken sandwich no mayo, guy said yes. Get home and you could obviously see the chicken had mayo on it and they just ducked it back in the fryer. The the chicken was SO dry and burnt I took one bite and threw it away. Also you could still see the little bit of lettuce that was on the sandwich still had some mayo on it so all they did was knocked the lettuce off scraped the bun and refried the chicken. Waste of $6.

missing parts of my order. the cooks had an attitude about everything, messed up some of my food and when confronted about it they called me a liar and had an even bigger attitude. this was at 10:59 on 9/16/23
