Terrible management. Parking lot is always dark. menu boards usually aren't lit either. Most recent visit I found myself trapped in their drive thru for over 20 min and wasn't even allowed to order food. 2 hours before they close. Door Dash Only.
Been really bad for several months.
I'd tell em to do better but they obviously do not care at all. Avoid this location.

The worst rallys in town. Rude customer service. Coke had NO syrup in it. The chicken bites were stale and hard and they gave me a coney dog instead of a chili cheese dog.
I enjoy the place been going there for 8 years now not every day or every other day mind you maybe 4 times a month a little less or more or so been through a couple owners though nice people so far each time it's my go to place every place has its ups & downs as is life but all & all I have hade good short times there I always feel comfortable & welcomed : )

Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure the funnel cake fries arent supposed to be spicy. I didn't recieve the crispy onions on my bbq buford. I can't comprehend having to pay for sauce for chicken bites at all(why would you not get at least 1 for free)let alone to pay for them and not get them all. I work to hard for my money to waste it on mediocre food, and more than underwhelming customer service.

Ok so I ordered the chicken bites box combo that said it cost 5.19. I placed my order and the total came to 6.89. that leaves a difference of 1.70. how in God's name can you put a 1.70 tax on a five dollar purchase. Is tax in Indiana more then in Michigan. Flabbergasted, not to mention the fries and chicken is soggy. The BBQ sauce container is microscopic. No good rallys. Rip offs.
