The entire building was open, the entire store was brightly lit but no employees in sight. We had a door dash that was pretty good but we ended up having to cancel that order. This place needs to get under control and fast. I will be getting ahold of corporate after this review. Shameful.

I normally have good luck with rally’s but I ask for no onions of both of my sandwiches, this did not happen. I checked the one sandwich before eating but a tomato was covering the onion. I proceeded to eat it unknowingly causing a severe allergic reaction. I can’t have too much onion otherwise my throat swells up and i cannot breathe. I would normally be able to smell out the onion but I can’t because my nose is stuffy. I also checked my other sandwich it had a two onions. I’m just sad I couldn’t eat my sandwiches.

They cut you off and give you a total before Even don't forgetting then won't talk back on the screen last Burger I had was way undercooked. I called them later just for them to get short with me and then said just don't come back then. Smh pathetic

Came here just to leave this review on a man who works here named Kevin I believe? I was with my little cousin to get him some food and at the window; this man opened the window and just told us to get off of his property accusing my cousin of recording him and his property. My cousin is usually absorbed into his phone so his phone is super close to his face. The man kept saying that my cousin was recording him and that whenever the man looked over at us then my cousin would put his phone down. My cousin said he would put the phone down because he thought someone was coming over to take our money for the food but it was just a man telling us to get out. We tried to explain to him that we weren’t recording him and offered to show him my cousin’s photos and videos if he was upset but he kept telling us that this was private property and to get off of it. I understand his point of view but at least let someone explain their side without being so rude and continuously berating someone to get off the property. We also have never been to this rally’s either and we have never met this man ever. We were met with a rude attitude when we just wanted to get food but that whole experience just ruined our day.

it's close and convenient and the food's not too bad
told us to pull up to the delivery window and had us waiting there for almost an hour, my mother went up to the window and politely asked about it and was told our order “just came up” then your worker named Nikisha gave us our wings with a rude tone, said “here you go” then slammed the window down (without giving us our sandwiches we ordered) mind u everyone behind us got their food so this is crazy

Moving cars thru so fast they truly didn't care about the quality of the food. My burger had a one inch piece of lettuce, no mayo and a sliver of an onion slice. And the hot dog made my son upset to his stomach half way thru. He couldn't finish it. Upsetting after craving it for months. Definitely wasn't worth the drive.
