told us to pull up to the delivery window and had us waiting there for almost an hour, my mother went up to the window and politely asked about it and was told our order “just came up” then your worker named Nikisha gave us our wings with a rude tone, said “here you go” then slammed the window down (without giving us our sandwiches we ordered) mind u everyone behind us got their food so this is crazy

Moving cars thru so fast they truly didn't care about the quality of the food. My burger had a one inch piece of lettuce, no mayo and a sliver of an onion slice. And the hot dog made my son upset to his stomach half way thru. He couldn't finish it. Upsetting after craving it for months. Definitely wasn't worth the drive.

Ordered a door dash meal. Missing an entire sandwich, and the ones we did receive were completely wrong. The receipt was even on the bag correctly so either you can't read or just didn't care.

This Rally's ice cream machine is never down at any time I've visited. Drive thru is fairly quick. The reason for the three stars on atmosphere was due to sitting at the speaker for over 8 minutes only to look over and see the assistant manager making a deal with some tomboy chick and only after they saw me looking did she scramble to get inside as more cars came in after myself. Then the tomboy went up to the window to cause more delays and from what I saw free food. And the manager during the day is top notch. She has her game on. Efficient. Quick and really friendly.
Parking: There's a big side lot to park in right next to the store
