The food is always hot and fresh. The fries are phenomenal and I wish there was one in Huntington. Update to my review just stopped in today and we were assisted by Marc and Jeff and they were hands down the best people I've ever had in a drive thru. They are an example every fast food joint should follow! Honestly they outdid Chick-fil-A!! And they deserve a raise! Wow!!

If I was able to give zero stars I would the person as of 1/28/2025 who is working windows was rude messed up my food three times,fries were cold burgers were terrible he had a rude attitude and just yelled at my brother when all he wanted was his food plz fire him he's a terrible worker I don't know why you would hire a person like him I guess that's the employees you want to hire I work at McDonald's and at least were always nice to our customers plz take action or I'll call hr and health department because one guy was making food gloveless 0/10 stars so better rallys

They had my husband drive up out of the way to give him fresh fries. Waited about 7 mins. Drove back home to find out they didn’t put the fries in the bag. My husband drove back to get them and they closed early. Not that big of a deal-but they clearly lack organization.

No idea who was working, older man, white beard, wearing blue on Oct 13th 2024 around 12:30 am. EXTREMELY RUDE. Acting irritated and talked to me like I was stupid. Made us wait with NO ONE in line thought it might be because of an online order but he said ok what do you want and we asked do you take Apple Pay and immediately he got rude and acted as if we were stupid and could see him shaking his head and saying something. Then before I could order it was “wait a second” and… nothing. Left after sitting for about 20mins and being belittled. Absolutely disgusting.I work sales and You don’t have to act like you love your job or be nice but at the very least don’t make me feel stupid because you are having a bad day.

Just went through the drive through. Was asked to pull forward because they were going to give fresh fries. All the food was cold, just horrible. Hamburger was marked no onions, but yes there were onions. Just solidified all fast food sucks. Especially this rallys

The service was fast and friendly. My order was accurate, and the food was cooked properly.
The service was good plus everything else with the worker. The only thing that I can complain about is that he was the only one in the restaurant cooking, taking orders and anything else that needed done. These corporations need to start taking care of their employees. We are the ones that are making them the money they should be taking care of us 100%.

I'm not a big rallies fan in general but I will say each time I've gone to this location the people are great here. They are friendly and hospitable and very focused on their customers and that to me is worth coming back for. Great job everyone.

The cook is very rude. He tried fighting me for being nice to the window girl. (I wasn't flirting) I think they're dating. This should never be allowed. I'm pretty sure he spit on my food. I had to throw it away. I will never eat fast food again when they only have 2 employees. There's nobody there to watch them.
