Worst fast food experience Ive ever had. I had to wait 25 mins to actually recieve my correct order. The staff was incompetent and rude about everything. They tried to give me the wrong order twice. Then when I got my order it had cheese on it. I told them three times to please not put cheese on it (Im lactose intolerant). After that they tried to give me someone else's order for the second time, the guy who handed it off to me snapped at me rudely before snatching the wrong order from me. The food is cold as well. I wont be returning.

My wife and I were dashing and we sat at the pickup window for 15 minutes and the lady working finally came to the window and tried to hand me someone else's order and I asked about the door dash order and she told us that the weren't getting tickets and I felt bad for the person we were picking up for

They are pinching pennies over here. Literally. Paid for my fires with cash. Literally said, we rounded up the change here now so they kept what I was owed. And kept my two cents. To some people, it's whatever no big deal.
But when I pay with cash, I expect to get my change back. I like throwing it into my coin jar. If I had paid with card or gave a quarter instead of a dime, I would've gotten proper change back.
So that left a bad taste in my mouth, right off the bat. So then they asked, after they handed my fires, if I wanted ketchup with that, I said no thanks but could I get some ranch instead? They said that would be $0.75.
I'm like wow, kept my change and charging me for a condiment that should really be free. I hate when restaurants do this. So yeah this Rally's location I will not be ordering from anymore.
Hopefully the others in town are alot nicer than this. These guys were half asleep there swearing up a storm about something. 1/5 stars. The fries are still the best part about them tho.

Got home and started eating my rally burger that I ordered; and noticed something with words on it when I went to take a second bite! And this is what I pulled out of my sandwich! And I just can’t bring myself to eat it anymore. The people who served me the food were nice. I just don’t understand how this happens.

Ordered 4 ,6 piece mozzarella sticks and 3 chicken tenders. Was told there would be a 6 minute wait on chicken. Not a big deal, we waited. What was a big deal was we only got 2 of the 3 chicken tenders and the mozzarella sticks were cold.

I find most food in Ft Wayne to be mediocre at best but I went to rallys tonight because there was no line. There is never a line and I wanted to know why. Im still confused. I thought the food was really good. It was hot and tasted fresh. It was expensive but so is Mcdonalds and Culvers which always have lines wrapped around. I loved it!

Manager Zach and other staff were very rude to me and made my order wrong. I called to complain but the manager didn't seem to care. I have gone to this Rally's many times with no problem until today. This is the one on Stellhorn Rd in Fort Wayne.
