Food took 20 minutes to be taken out to my car, while this was ok and I am patient, I was met with one of their employees in the parking lot wanting us to help buy him something at the drug store next door because he had a house arrest anklet on.
The worst part was the fact they served us a raw chicken sandwich. This is pathetic. We spent $46 and were given food that was not just undercooked, but RAW. Terrible service.
So go to Stellhorn Rally’s if you want to buy stuff for an employee on house arrest and eat raw chicken sandwiches.

Always good food!! Michael the assistant manager at the Stellhorn location ALWAYS remembers me (husband and I go at least 1-2 times a week) we order the same thing every time we go fresh fry lover fries and he always makes sure everything is perfect ?

Customer Service was excellent. However the food not so much. We HARDLY ever get Rally’s because we live north of Fort Wayne. When we do it’s a treat for the kids. Today we ordered 2 #9 combos chicken bites, absolutely disgusting. Kids threw them away. & a #2 combo, my son ate this just fine. The chicken bites were too over cooked. No meat & just tasted horrible. It will be a while before we ever visit again.
