We almost gave up on Red Lobster altogether after a disappointing experience at the Mishawaka, Indiana location. But we decided to give it one more chance—and we’re so glad we did. The Fort Wayne location completely turned things around for us.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by our server, Stephanie, she had a great smile!! She sat us at a clean table with drinks served right away. Our appetizer arrived promptly and was delicious, and our main dinners were cooked to absolute perfection.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Logan, one of the managers. He took the time to talk with us and told us that anytime we come in, we should ask for him and he will make sure our experience is outstanding. That personal touch meant a lot.
What impressed us most was the teamwork. The staff worked together seamlessly, helping one another, covering multiple tables, and staying perfectly in sync. It’s rare to see a team so coordinated and genuinely dedicated to great service.
We’ve been going to Red Lobster for over 38 years—five years while we were dating and 33 years of marriage—and this visit reminded us why we’ve stayed loyal for so long.
