Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin has always been our family’s go to dinner restaurant and we have always had great service and food. Today we came in and were quoted a 20 minute wait which is super quick for a weekend so we were totally okay with that and we actually sat after only 5 minutes of waiting which was nice. When we sat down our waitress came over and introduced herself as Krystal and was very friendly. We did find it a little weird how she kept telling us to tell the manager how great she was when we hadn’t been served anything yet. Then she got us our drinks after a minute. That is the last time she got drinks we had to find a pitcher to fill our waters up with. Mind you it was a pitcher left on a stand that another server kept filling up. It then took her 45 minutes to take our order and in that whole time she kept checking in with other tables right beside us. When our food came out after almost two hours two of the meals out of 4 were so bad that they had to send them back. We were looking for a manager after already being disappointed in the service to receive gross food one was a chicken wrap the other was a plain cheese burger. We did not see a manger so one of us got up to go find one and she spoke to her and the manager removed the items from our bill and took them back to the kitchen. She then gave us a coupon for the “troubles” after looking at the coupon it had expired over a year ago. We then flagged down another manager because the bill was wrong still and he did sign the appetizer coupon so it could be used and we were very excited to leave that place. It was truly sad that our favorite family spots had this bad of service and food. And the server did not know the menu at all. We had questions that she had to keep asking the kitchen about.

Sophia was an amazing waitress. Definitely the best waitress I’ve ever had . We all came in for lunch after church and we were greeted by her smile which took over the whole room. She’s beyond sweet . Thanks Sophia . Will be back . And will only ask for her

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and they are very accommodating here! I was given an allergy menu and able to customize my order to still enjoy a burger and fries without worrying about getting sick. They have a completely separate Gluten free fryer and offer a gluten free bun that is actually tasty!

It was very loud and also our waitress Angela was very rude and hardly came back to our table to ask for refills or anything in that need!

Great food and wonderful service. Great place for a low carb life-styler to go! I had the classic burger with garlic Parmesan broccoli .

Took the grandkids here for supper. They love the kid friendly placemats and crayons. Also the all you can eat fries! Our waitress was prompt and very attentive. One grandson wasn't too fond of the strawberry lemonade, and she quickly brought him something else. Our food was hot and exactly as we ordered. We were dining right before their busy time, so the restaurant wasn't full yet. It was filling up when we left. Good place for burgers and I have their salads, too, would recommended both.
