Inattentive, distracted service. Watery cocktails. Burnt lobster bisque - 0/3 diners ate it, we told our server, received no apology and it was still on our check. Appetizer portions small and mediocre. The steak was well-prepared and high quality; but the rest of the meal was disastrous and came to $500 for 4 people. Pales in comparison to the service and food at Fort Wayne's local high-end eateries.

The service was excellent. The atmosphere was above average. I have been to many steak houses. More than a few five star restaurants. Ruth's Chris does not stand out. I was not impressed at all. I absolutely disliked their 500° plates. However, excellent service makes up for average food.

This restaurant checks all the boxes for a superb dining experience. The staff was attentive and very polite and friendly, the ambiance relaxing and lovely, and the food was beyond delicious. Every steak perfectly cooked with a nice selection of sides that were all delicious. A family birthday celebration dinner that was exceptional.

We stopped in tonight after a show downtown. We weee going to eat and have drinks. Upon sitting at the bar rail a person asked if I was having drinks or eating. I said both my husband and I were going to eat and have a drink. She put 4 drink napkins on the bar and never reappeared.I sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my drink order, give me a water and/or give me a menu. Nobody spoke to me after the first napkin person. You had 4 bartenders behind the bar and nobody helped me. Two of the bartenders were talking/laughing with the manager the entire 10 minutes. My husband joined me at the rail and we waited another 5 minutes with anyone speaking to us, taking a drink order or giving us a menu. We got up and took our business to another establishment. We have Mother's Day reservations but we are thinking about looking elsewhere. This is not our first negative experience with poor service at this location.

Another great experience. My only question was why did 3 couples not having reservations, get seated before us, who have had our reservations for 2 weeks prior. It was a Thursday evening and it was not busy. We waited about 15mins before being seated. It was not a huge deal, just odd. Our waiter was great, Zach I believe. The food was fabulous. Always a great spot for a special dinner.

****Food poising****My husband and I dined in last night and brought a steak home to my mom who was baby sitting for us. This morning, we all woke up at the same time with horrible abdominal cramping and terrible diarrhea and nausea.we have been sick all day. It has been awful. I am extremely disappointed because we spent over $500 on our meal. We used to love Ruth’s Chris but we will never return.

Great stop to have a few drinks at the bar. Also great atmosphere for a fine dining experience. No dress code required but appreciated. I love the Ruth's old fashioned and the string fries made in duck fat. Perfect amount of seasoning. Bartenders are always on point, keeping up with everyones orders. Some street parking but just as easy to park in the attached garage.

R.C. is one of our favorite places to dine in Ft. Wayne. We love that they actually have a DRESS CODE, and live music. We like the High top seating in the bar and the flat screen tv. We had the crab cakes for an appetizer and pork chops/filet mignon/broccoli which were all good. Thanks again Ruth's Chris for excellent customer service and wonderful atmosphere.

My wife and I been to Ruth Chris a few times, and always had excellent experience. This time was a little different. My wife ordered the shrimp, and I had the ribeye. Unfortunately, both were overcooked. The shrimp was chewy. I ordered my steak med rare, ( server told me , hot pink center) . I realize both come out on a very HOT plate. My steak had just a hint of pink. The flavor was great. The server ask how everything was, ( I believe a manager did too) we were celebrating and did not want to make a big deal, so we said eve was fine. The server ( Brad was great) the side dishes we ordered were good, love the desert. We will be back, just a little disappointed this time. Oh ya, great martinis!

Food and service were outstanding!! Consistency is paramount for these two attributes and why my wife and I keep coming back. I just wish spirit drink prices were a less. Most grateful, Rick Henson

It was great! We go to the Indy locations often but had not been to Ft Wayne. Everything was nice, table location , service, parking garage location, and cocktails/apps/meal and dessert!

Table was in direct sunlight. Miserable. Service was good but better at the Indy Ruth Chris's location by far. Too much fat on the tomahawk ribeye and way too expensive($149). Appetizer was very good(lobster voodoo). Drinks had very little to NO alcohol in them. I would not recommend this place.
