It was at night before their closing so the lightening in the pictures do not do it justice. The two pieces of shrimp with the tails intact inside the sushi was a bit odd, but I do eat the tails so I tried it. The tails were not an uncomfortable crunch in the mouth, nor seemed unappealing it still had some flavor.I loved the sushi, it was a solid rolling as a sushi chef myself. The packaging seemed to have ruined the top, but that limited space kept the sushi from rolling around in my car trip (I did not flip the bag 180).The flavor was still wonderful and I could taste every ingredient. Crown angel was well worth $18.

Me and boyfriend’s food was literally cold, like they let it sit for too long before taking to our table. My water glass was empty for more than half the experience. The whole time we were neglected compared to the other patrons, we never got asked how our food was or updated upon. We waited so very long for cold appetizers and entrees. We had been so excited to visit to be disappointed . I don't hold it against the server too much but he spoke extremely quietly, maybe he was shy but my boyfriend had to answer him because I literally couldn't hear him at all.

One of my favorite Asian restaurants in town! Their crab rangoon is the best by far!

Amazing food, excellent service. A hidden gem that needs to be exposed. Everything is made fresh, including sauces! We visit Fort Wayne every new years weekend and have been here three years in a row. Wish it was closer to us! A must try for excellent service and wonderful food.

Overall it was good. The food was decent. The service was really good. Everyone was friendly and the food came out quickly. The restaurant was decorated very well for the holiday. There was live music, (piano) he did really well. Overall it was good and we will go back.

Good sushi. The specialty rolls are outstanding. There is a piano player during dinner. That really makes for a cool scene. Sit at the sushi bar, the chefs are great to watch.

Visited Saisaki for lunch today and I just can't give it 5 stars. The atmosphere is top notch. If you are looking for an experience this place will check that box. The service was excellent as you would expect from an upscale downtown restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't think the guys lived up to the hype. This was only my first time eating here but the sushi didn't leave me thinking that it was the best I have ever had. We got the Saisaki roll, The Crown Angel roll, and the Seared Garlic Snapper as a starter. The appetizer was really good. The Snapper was fresh and the seasoning completed the fish very well. The clear soup was excellent and very flavorful while waiting for the main course.Unfortunately, the sushi wasn't anything to write home about. Like some other reviewers I felt that the sushi rolls were trying to do too much. The presentation of the food is fabulous. They make a great looking dish for sure. The rolls are only 6 or 8 pieces which seems low for most larger Special rolls and three or four dollars more than most special rolls. While beautiful to look at it seems like they sacrifice good tasting rolls for how they look. Don't get me wrong, the sushi is good, it just seems like the sauces and toppers are trying to make them more than what they are.
