“We were given a table of 6 for the two of us due to their wait time being so long, and they had to put my small group there.
They had people standing nearby at stations which was fine. They were there a bit too long, and being next by our table was a bit odd. We suggest there being people who standby every once a while rather than be standing there 24/7.“

When paying by card the cashier reached over and added a 10% tip before I even put my card in. Probably don't think I noticed but I got eagle eyes. “Last night the service was very slow. Waiter wasn't on his game. Didn't listen to our order very well. Food was OK. We were looking for another place other than Paula's but didn't find it here. My wife talked with the manager on the way out but got no response. People came in after we were seated and received their meals promptly. We did not.“

“I'm only rating based on having the loaded tots at a birthday gathering. Tots were pretty good, just didn't deliver on the first item listed in the description: beer cheese. Other than that, lots of other cheese, delicious, and large portion. Our waitress was great, she and the kitchen were just way overloaded for our party size, and they knew we were coming. Craft beer offerings were decent, but I'm a craft beer nut so I'd push them to have a little more availability especially with their location, nice atmosphere, and the popularity of craft beer. Speaking of the atmosphere... It's modern, clean, well appointed inside. I gave it 2 stars because it was so unbearably loud, and that was almost entirely our party's noise, not even the music or a band. The space is crying out for some sound dampeners.“

“I love Marco's pizza, have no problem with this location. I do have a problem with coupons. I get a flyer that has Fort Wayne, Auburn & Leo, but the coupon code won't work. call the store and they say that code isn't in their system. Corporate needs to be better organized.“

“Last Saturday I stopped by and I was the last customer. Pierce gave me exceptional service! Normally places try to rush you through an order, he took his time and even when I had trouble with my form of payment he was patience and understanding. I told him his service was exceptional despite someone coming in late, it was like I was the first customer. The restaurant was clean despite telling it wasn't picked up yet. This means they took time during the day to tidy up the place. He was awesome! He deserves to be rewarded for having pride in his work !“

“Food was ok , it’s pricy. They could use help in customer service department. If they forget something in your order, you cannot get them to help you up at the counter they don’t recognize you. You have to stand there forever and then interrupt if you want to be helped . Don’t like that at all.“

“We love Beer Barrel. The pizza is great. Our server Alexis P. Is also fantastic. She is friendly and has a great personality. We go every week and she knows what we order. She makes our experience there fun!“

“I tried the Strawberry Caprese salad and there was a total of six strawberries cut in half and no pecans. The dressing had very little taste. My daughter had the Fuji Chicken Apple salad and enjoyed it. Service was great but the dining area was not very clean at all. Lots of dirty tables and carpet.“
