Such a bad experience! It was my first time going to a new salsa grille , (I always go to the one on broadway) i went to get food on my lunch break so my time was limited , the workers are all standing around trying to figure out this girls door dash order , I finally tell them what I want then I have to wait like 5 minutes for someone to bring the corn tortillas from the back , I get my tacos & im ready to pay because at this point I’m getting back to work late so I’m just trying to pay and leave , someone comes and hands the cashier the phone and she takes the call instead of finishing ringing me up , so I’m standing there about 5 minutes while she takes the call I’m telling her I don’t need a bag or a drink then she asks me a couple times if I wanted a drink after I already told her no , I was just trying to pay and leave , I finally pay and then I ask where the salsas are , the woman at the register says right there , I didn’t see them so I asked again and she rudely said go around the corner , I was about 10 minutes late to work and I work 8 minutes away from there , I will not be going back ! Oh , also , besides the girl with the door dash order I was the only other customer so idk why it took half my break to get my food , and it wasn’t even good smh

The food is good, but seems like the portions are getting smaller. Especially today me and my wife both were astonished with how little the portions were in our bowls. I even got double steak and she gave me a little scoop(clamp) worth for the extra to. We went to a different location last time too in Coventry and was given very small portions to. This is how to make people stop wanting to come.
This is like the 3rd or 4th time something was left off of my order. The last 2 times, they’ve forgotten my guacamole. Do you know how much they charge for that?! Only to NOT get it once your food is delivered is super frustrating, especially because of how costly it is. Plus the delivery fee is astronomical, all the more reason to make sure the paying customer gets everything they pay for.

If you’re Black/African-American, DON’T come here!!! I repeat… DON’T come here if you’re Black. These girls were so rude to us when we walked in. They didn’t want to serve us. But when a white family walked in shortly after us, they actually GREETED them and offered them friendly service! We were shocked! Literally THREE girls were standing behind the counter and no one helped us or even said hi or offered assistance when we were at the counter. But they immediately assisted the white family. I’m sooooo disgusted. I’ve never had Salsa Grille before and now don’t even want to try it. Please go eat where you’re welcomed! Or at least where the employees are willing to serve you… a hundred thumbs DOWN for Salsa Grille!!!
