Salvatori's Fort Wayne Southwest

Salvatori's is by far our favorite place to eat, especially the Illinois Rd. location. We went for dinner last night(Saturday evening), seated right away and our waiter was very helpful and gave excellent service- Thank you Grant! Big bonus was the holiday special of Cannelloni(spelling may not be correct), love this dish! The owner also stopped at our table and we talked about the new one coming to Bluffton soon, super nice guy to talk to . 10/10 on service, food and atmosphere. And staff definitely gets 10/10. Highly recommend!

I am of Italian descent and was invited here by local friends when visiting Fort Wayne. This place is not Italian cuisine whatsoever. It’s an American take on Italian food emphasizing cheese bread, bread sticks, etc. No sparking water like Pellegrino. Think of how Taco Bell distorted real Mexican food. Beware and lower your expectations.

I am new to Fort Wayne and moved near the Salvatori's on Illinois Road. Based on recommendations, I decided to try it and ordered three different entrees for my family. When I arrived for pick-up there was one item that was incorrect. The manager, Paule listened carefully to my concern and immediately offered to correct the mistake with genuine grace and amazing customer service! The food was great too! I am a new and satisfied customer :)

This is by far one of my FAVORITE restaurants. We drive an hour to come here because the food is amazing. Service impeccable. Even the management is making rounds chatting with customers and checking on your experience. We have come here over a dozen times and this experience has never faltered. Plus the reasonable pricing and huge portion sizes...

We visited Salvatoris on Illinois Road and what a great experience! With a large family group, we were given the separate room they have available. Service was prompt, accurate, and friendly. Everyone truly enjoyed their food. The lunch feature of stuffed peppers was phenomenal. Lasagna and sausage rolls were favorites in the group. The atmosphere was truly relaxing, the decor was lovely and it was exactly as one would expect from a really good Italian restaurant. A must visit again on the list!

Salvatori’s in SW Fort Wayne hit it out of the park for us last Sunday, 8/17/25! We held a 50th wedding anniversary dinner with about 50 family members and friends. The serving staff, kitchen, attention from the manager, and FOOD all were wonderful. Portion sizes were enormous, people with special requests were cheerfully accommodated, and everything went smoothly. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you!
