Salvatori's is by far our favorite place to eat, especially the Illinois Rd. location. We went for dinner last night(Saturday evening), seated right away and our waiter was very helpful and gave excellent service- Thank you Grant! Big bonus was the holiday special of Cannelloni(spelling may not be correct), love this dish! The owner also stopped at our table and we talked about the new one coming to Bluffton soon, super nice guy to talk to . 10/10 on service, food and atmosphere....
I am new to Fort Wayne and moved near the Salvatori's on Illinois Road. Based on recommendations, I decided to try it and ordered three different entrees for my family. When I arrived for pick-up there was one item that was incorrect. The manager, Paule listened carefully to my concern and immediately offered to correct the mistake with genuine grace and amazing customer service! The food was great too! I am a new and satisfied customer :)
This is by far one of my FAVORITE restaurants. We drive an hour to come here because the food is amazing. Service impeccable. Even the management is making rounds chatting with customers and checking on your experience. We have come here over a dozen times and this experience has never faltered. Plus the reasonable pricing and huge portion sizes...
