I ordered some shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner arrived in good shape and had packing materials in the box to help protect the bottles. I received the shampoo at a different time and there was nothing in the box but the two bottles and a bunch of shampoo. I messaged the company and had a great experience and they sent me out two new bottles within a couple of days. This box came to me with damaged and cracked shampoo bottles and another wet box. I contacted customer service again and they were wonderful but I am worried that the third box will return damaged and I will still be without shampoo (it has now been about 2 weeks since I first ordered it). I have not had issues in the past with things arriving damaged but I guess I may have to just ordered stuff in store or purchase it elsewhere. I am really disappointed because this is unlike all my previous experiences with Sam’s. Hopefully this isn’t indicative of future Sam’s trips.

Suggestion: I actually don’t mind the club except it can get crazy busy, my complaint is that I bought the plus membership so I could get delivery on groceries and the club doesn’t deliver to New Haven(20minSE) but delivers to 45 minutes away. Which is fine, IF you tell me when I’m paying for plus. So suggestion start delivering to New Haven.

Extremely dissatisfied with Sams Club’s decision to change their store hours for those who aren’t “plus card members”. I’ve always gone shopping in the early morning after dropping the kids off at school. Today I showed up at my normal 9am time and was told that I was not allowed to shop until 10 am unless I was a plus card member. Sorry... I’m not paying an extra $35 to shop an hour early. Guess I’ll just take my business to Costco since I also have a membership there. Won’t be renewing my year membership unless this changes.

The scan and go app is awesome! You look at all the long lines and walk right by them! Also enjoy the pick up service and free shipping with the plus membership. Gas prices are the lowest in town!

Like that their memberships are only $45 and I purchased a double pack of electric toothbrushes for the price of one. I wish all the customers and staff were wearing masks properly!

Bad service , bad efficiency , almost 2 hours waiting for a tire repair, brand new tires couple weeks ago, We pay the $15 for lifetime repair service. I get there like 3:50pm and come out at 5:25 we witnessed that they take long intentionally , at soonest mummy wife show up and look through the window the service guy get up , call us and give us the keys. So disappointed since I been customer of sams for over 12 years and I choose tires from there over other companies that may appreciate customers.
