I was so excited to eat here, and when I placed my order, I didn't get my streamed white rice, I couldn't hear what the cashier was asking. I did ask for things to be repeated but I was ignored.
I sat down to notice my rice was wrong and I just couldn't eat it. The chicken teriyaki wasn't as good as before, so I was so disappointed at this visit. I really hope things get better.

I ordered thru uber eats for pick up ...was charged $11+..$2.00 more for what....and the portion was smaller ..not to mention they have a special on Tuesday only $7.+..uber claiming it was on Sarku not uber ..do not order pick thru uber from this restaurant feel ripped off

I typically order on DoorDash sadly portions are getting smaller even when paying double meat.

When you Order double chicken, they don't serve it,they give you the same portion, Told them and they start luffing, and didn't care at all, and their prices are not chip,,I was very very disappointed today ,because I was buying this food almost every week, it doesn't taste good any more ,no flavor,the chicken needed more time to cook, I wonder what people think about their costumer service and quality food,,today was my last time buying this food with no flavor any more.

I've been coming to this place for years. Always had good quality of food and was very decently priced. Just ate here today and omg did they change. They now charge for rice? When it use to be a choice of rice or noodles. They tripled in price as well. They don't stuff your container full anymore. The dumplings were over cooked. They veggies weren't even cooked. The sauce was super oily I couldn't even use my chop sticks on my rice. My husband ate here with me as well and sense when did they start using angel hair pasta for noodles? The service was horrible. They put my husband's beef and shrimp on someone else's plate then had the audacity to take it off and put it on his. The coke we ordered was flat as well. If you like oily food then this is your destination. I will not be eating here again.

They raised the price of their food at the same time they reduced the amount of food the container the quality of their ingredients went down dramatically trying to pass off angel hair spaghetti as Japanese noodles teriyaki sauce reduce down to nothing but water no flavor been coming here for years over the last two three months this is happening will not be spending my money here again

I ordered a simple fried rice and spring rolls.
The rice WAS not fried, it's steamed, and had zero seasoning. My spring rolls were room temp, and mushy soupy cabbage inside. As if they were made 8 hours ago. They returned my money without issue. I noticed that the rest of the "fried rice" sitting in the pan behind the counter had bland white rice in different areas of the pan. Easy fix, change your menu to "steamed unseasoned rice" ?

It really depends. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s so fatty it makes you wanna puke. ;-;

Been coming here for years since i was a boy and now every time i come here, the portions get less and less. I get more rice than meat now. Used to be $8.25 for an entree, but now it’s $9.25. Price hike and less portions.

Glenbrook Square location in Fort Wayne is terrible. Two of the employees were literally yelling ( in their language)about which order was mine. The order I received was not mine and totally disgusting! Never again will I eat at this or any location!!

This lady in the cashier asking for orders trying to raise her voice and sounded like agitated.i ordered beef and shrimp but she put in chicken and beef.. and i told her i said shrimp not chicken.and she started raising her voice like it was my fault..

Do not get food here unless you order in person, they will not honor orders through ubereats or others even if you are carrying out yourself. Do not cancel the order yourself, you will be out your money and no food.Rude, maliciously incompetent staff.
