Glenbrook Square location in Fort Wayne is terrible. Two of the employees were literally yelling ( in their language)about which order was mine. The order I received was not mine and totally disgusting! Never again will I eat at this or any location!!

This lady in the cashier asking for orders trying to raise her voice and sounded like agitated.i ordered beef and shrimp but she put in chicken and beef.. and i told her i said shrimp not chicken.and she started raising her voice like it was my fault..

Do not get food here unless you order in person, they will not honor orders through ubereats or others even if you are carrying out yourself. Do not cancel the order yourself, you will be out your money and no food.Rude, maliciously incompetent staff.

This used to be my favorite restaurant at Glenbrook mall. Not anymore because the food has been sitting for a while. Cooks used to cook the chicken on the grill as it was need but now you see a BIG PILE OF OF CHICKEN ALREADY COOK READY TO BE REHEATED when customers arrive. Now I feel like eating at Macdonalds

Went the just before 7.30pm on a Friday evening and they said are closed when it says online they close at 8pm. Asked for reason why they closed early and there was no response. Waste of my time.

Went to the mall today and it's been at least three years since I've been to the food court. We were looking for somewhere new to try and have heard there were new eateries there. Perused all of them and settled in Sarku. E we're not disappointed. There was a bit of a line but they move quick. We got two orders of the chicken teriyaki with fried rice and two spring rolls. The total came to $18! That's a great value. The to go boxes were filled to the max. They cook the chicken in front of you as ordered so it's fresh. Down to eat some of it the vegetables were c good size pieces the rice was fresh and the chicken OMG , was TENDER, JUICY and so fresh. It was honestly the best teriyaki I've had in Fort Wayne. Super nice staff, it was messy but seeing how they get you in and out and it's very busy I can see how they don't have time to clean up the scraps of food that fly everywhere. They also have two veggie dishes but that chicken looked soo yummy I decided to skip it but I'll go back to try them. Their prices at $5.50. That's a steal. with the veggie me you can choose rice or noodles. I def recommend. Not only is it fresh it's a great deal. Not sure if it's a chain, I think it is, but the employees live in Fort Wayne so I'm supporting them. Must try eatery in the mall.

The food is great but the staff is horribly slow and inefficient. If you try to eat there at the mall you'll be standing in line for an absurdly long time. If you try to order online for delivery or pickup you never can because they're always "temporarily closed" on all the delivery platforms.Hopefully the owner can solve his staffing problem because I would eat here a lot more often if the wait wasn't so long and I imagine a lot of other people would, too. And of course that'd mean more profit for them so here's hoping it improves in the future.
