This is definitely not the Sbarro I remember. The pizza was sub par and old tasting and the breadsticks were worse. What got me wad the female employee standing on the counter barefoot then getting down and wiping the chair but not wiping the counter. There is pasta options but how long they had sat, I couldn't tell you. Sad. Sbarro at Glenbrook was always my favorite but not anymore.

Coming in here for dinner on Friday night usually entails a good time. When me and my boyfriend came in here I initially stated the information on their menu was lacking, we came in for 1 topping pizza which I assumed would include any toppings but without being informed only cheese and pepperoni are included in the 1 topping prices. We ended up paying 4 dollars more than the stated price for a one topping pizza for just 1 topping of sausage.Now the main issue I have is the service here, it was abhorrent. We tried asking the employees here about the topping and tried making an order but we were meant with confusion by the kid who was on line serving pizza. I just read the reviews and it was accurate that he acted like he didn't know English at all, then we had to go on some small goose chase just to get a one topping pizza order in. The pizza definitely was not worth the price either, it was of mediocre quality.The dining room is also a mess, this place is well past it's glory days, I don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon.

Tried to order a 1-topping pizza with sausage. kid at the counter didn't speak English well enough to understand me so I had to go talk to the cashier to have her relay our order. She charged us for a specialty pizza, and when I asked she said the 1-topping pizza only includes cheese or pepperoni pizza. What??? I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew that. The menu is completely unhelpful in general, missing a lot of items or information. If you're going to staff people that can't understand English, at least have basic information on the menu so I don't have to struggle to ask them for it. On top of all that, the pizza is not nearly as good as I remember from years ago.

They continue to ignore phone to call in order. And when I came in a half hour before they closed, were initially refusing make the order. For what you charge for a pizza, I shouldn't have to wait to get there to place order and wait for it to be made. Four different times I have tried to call to place an order. I called even when sitting in the dining area and both staff ignored phone ringing. This continues one more time, I won't ever buy pizza there again.

This place is a great spot to grab a bite to eat on your lunch break or whenever. The owner, Julio, is a very pleasant man and is always very friendly. I’ve been stopping here for the past five years and that won’t stop anytime soon.

At POS (point of sale/service) young Mexican boy acts like he doesn't speak English...gives our order to head of line, we weren't even done ordering. Then he acts innocent, like he can't speak English. Owner, comes out, now he knows what's going and quickly takes over and all is well. He seemed of European descent. All was well, and pizza good. (The Mexican people and Far East people need to stop acting like they don't know nothing!)

It's really gone downhill in the last couple of years. I have loved this place since I was a kid.I had the pepperoni slice and breadstick combo, and it was a lesser product than in the past.

Stopped in at about 6:30 to pick up a pizza for dinner. I asked for a full peperoni pizza, the girl just said no and pointed to the partial pizzas that were on the warmers. She didn't appear to speak English. I turned to her coworker and she said "sorry I don't speak Spanish" as to say this is why she can't tell me why they can't fill my order. Nice, coworkers that can't communicate. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waist your time here.
They were missing items that they had listed on the menu, but weren't available. I ended up getting a stromboli and it was very greasy.

I hadn't had Sbarros in decades but decided to try it this weekend. I got the 18" pizza delivered. It was awful. The toppings had no taste and the crust was burnt.

Food was old, thrown in the oven for a quick warm up and still wasn't hot. I had my 15 month old in a stroller, when I asked for a high chair he just pointed at an area outside of the restaurant and went on his way. Personally, I think he should've helped me. But my son and I have fun no matter what we do!
