We waited more than an hour for our food, which was completely unacceptable given that the restaurant was not busy prior to our order. What made it worse was that other patrons were clearly frustrated as well, some even walked out before being served. The long delay with no explanation or acknowledgment left us very disappointed with the experience. It must be said that the food was delicious.

I went with a couple of coworkers on my lunch. Food was pretty good but we had to wait 1 hour and 10 min for our food. It didn’t seem busy, there was only one other order before us. The guy at the register kept saying “about ten minutes” when ever some asked how much longer.

First time ever trying the chicken and it did NOT disappoint. I ordered the 6 piece with bok bok sauce and they were the best wings I’ve ever had. Extra crispy and flavor was on point. Definitely recommend and will be back for more! Also tried the strawberry cloud slush and it also was amazing!

Seoul Chicken is located inside Sweet Monster Ice Cream, you can order ice cream with your chicken if you'd like.
The chicken itself was fantastic. Crispy on the outside, and juicy and flavorful on the inside. Pictured in my review are the Seoul Sassy wings. I also got the Korean Cheese Fries which were also great and the order filled the bowl.
Overall 5 stars without a doubt. But admittedly it's very weird eating chicken wings inside of an ice cream shop when everyone else around is eating ice cream and my face is covered in sauce lol. Besides that I highly recommend giving them a try!

Well the chicken is the best I have tried , it’s crunchy which I like instead of soggy, I love the salted Carmel ! The staff was always friendly and always so busy so shows I’m not the o home who love it lol

ROTTEN CHICKEN!
Today we had a take out order of 3 different flavors of tenders, and one of the tenders had a very unpleasant smell. As the odor was lost among the smell of the sauce, I ate a little bit of the spoiled chicken, and my husband was who confirmed me that the chicken smelt funny.
As I consumed the spoiled chicken, in case I get sick I’m keeping the piece of spoiled chicken in my fridge if the Health Department gets involved.
Shame on you Seoul Chicken! One can think that your expensive fancy chicken would be fresh at least, but instead looks like I got food poisoning from your restaurant for my birthday.
The wings are out of this world. So unbelievably crunchy and juicy! If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out.

Just had the worst service here today! I come here often and it's normally the usual unpleasant service you normally get, but nothing like today. I order two orders of the 12pc wings, and what usually takes 30 to 35 max, this order took almost an hour, by 10 minutes it wasn't an hour. Never once did the three girls who were there let me know it was going to be a while because the cook was probably busy or anything like that. As a matter of fact, Mia, who took my order told me it would be about 20 minutes. Needless to say, it was almost an hour and the food was barely warm. Seems like I need to rethink if I want to buy here again. I really do enjoy their ice cream and food, but this experience just didn't sit well with me. I know it my opinion doesn't matter, but I think everyone reading this speak out on their service there. We pay good money for them not to give service with a smile.

These were super good. We did pick up and got 6 Seoul and 6 Bok Bok, and both were amazing. We also got a cheese corn which I liked but my hubs said was a bit too greasy for him and he wasn't impressed with the corn. We drove 30 mins to home and the wings held up well. Little pricey, but the wings were so good and filling that we don't resent it too much.

We tried the K-Town Buffalo Wings, Korean Cheese Fries, and Cheesy Corn. The wings were meaty, crispy, and packed with great flavor—definitely the highlight of the meal. The fries had a decent taste and were nice and crispy, but they really needed some ketchup, which unfortunately wasn't available. The Cheesy Corn, however, was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it.
